over this commonwealth. of angryed to a lot people. and sometimes, we bumped it up. you know, as we have traveled across virginia i have seen an outpouring of support. i saw the outpouring of people looking to get involved. for those of you that knocked on doors, who made phone calls and talked to their neighbors about the principles and values that are so important to us as virginians, i say thank you so much. for those of you who supported our campaign whoncially, the people scraped five dollars, $10, $20 -- your contribution sent a message that will be hurt -- heard around the country and the globe.

i had to go all the way to texas to find her but i'm glad i did. you know, wantet to tell you that pam is going to -- first lady for for the commonwealth. in closing, once you know how by m2 of yourored trust to serve as the 73rd governor of the commonwealth of virginia. applause] >> having grown up on a small shoren virginia's eastern , i have worked very hard. but i had wonderful opportunities. and i want virginians to have the same opportunities. and you know, as i travel around the commonwealth i have listened to a lot of folks. what i hear is number ones, virginians want a job they can

support themselves and their families with. they want to make sure their children have access to world-class education. they want to make sure that all of us as virginia's have access to affordable and quality health care. they want to make sure that we live in environments where the air and water are clean. they want to live in communities that are safe. where there are not guns on every street corner. i aminally, something that so product the end remind you all the time -- we live in a very diverse society. it is getting more diverse everyday. it is that divers society that makes this country great! applause] >> and, as long as i am governor, i will make sure we are inclusive. that we welcome people to the commonwealth of virginia.
