lou: president trump today showing his exasperation with pitiful pair of mitch mcconnell and paul ryan. whose pace cannot seem to keep up with the president, a day and a half after the healthcare bill imploded, president invited republican senators to the white house for a delightful lunch, and making it clear at lunch, he does not believe that senators should be leaving the dc swamp until they can hammer out a health care plan for the american people. we'll discuss that health care battle with counselor to president kellyanne conway.

john roberts with our report first. reporter: a white house source tells fox news it was idea of president and chief of staff reince priebus to hold a high pressure lunch at white house today, pressing senators to get onboard the idea of health care reform, and do it now. in state dining room, president trump gatherin together all of the republican senators who would come for a spirited sales pitch on getting rid of obamacare. >> any senator who votes again starting debate is really telling american, that you are fine with obamacare, but being fine with obamacare not an option, it gone, it has failed. reporter: next week vote to repeal obamacare and replace it later, president trump repeating his call to repeal and replace at same time, and washington should day in washington until it is done.
