>> the people behind the faulty o obama care web site may need to explain sketchy things about the company's history. >> even as democrats join the push to delay obama care the obama care mandate. doug luzader is live to bring us up to speed. >> morning. will well congress will be asking tough questions today and some of the answers may be troubling. one of the key contractors behind the failed obama care web site will say in prepared testimonies that the department of health and human services is largely to blame. it is saying the government was quote quarterback on this project. it is the ultimate responsible party for the end to end performance. it turns out the contractor itself cgi federal has had a number of issues administering government contracts that should have been well-known to the administration. the white house may consider moving an enrollment deadline in a few weeks because of the deadline issues.

information to unknown third parties. they brand itself as part of the obama care enrollment team, it askses for all sorts of information but it doesn't enroll people in obama care. the company owns 157 other squatter sites. you might think the government would have matched up healthcare.com. but that name has been taken since 1994 with offers to have in their state. leaving maen knee wondering why they choose the url for existing similar web saturday. if you are looking to the federal web site be sure you are on healthcare.gov or look to make sure the state exchange you are logging into is it is the correct one as well. >> i almost went to the wrong site yesterday. i thought maybe the government changed the look of the site. >> you think if we can't figure
