crash. disstrayed army sergeant bowe bergdahl heads to a military court in fort bragg. bergdahl is facing charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy. before the taliban captured him. in may 2014 they traded five taliban prisoners to secure escape. he was considered a high risk recruiter who said he would kill americans and released now he is free. he is the latest detainee to release from gitmo by the white house. he is no longer a risk. he was labeled a loyalist to al qaeda as recently as two years ago. there are only three detainees

9:00 p.m. eastern. a manhunt this morning for three people who may be linked to the gunman who tried to execute a philadelphia cop. police now say they know the names of at least two men believed to be a part of a larger network to target and kill officers. edward archer admitted he opened fire on officer jessie hartnett in the name of islam after pledging allegiance to isis but the white house still refusing to call it terrorism. >> this is something that is still being investigated philadelphia police department. given the circumstances of the event, obviously that is something that we are all wondering right now. the bear of philadelphia making similar statements that the attack was not terror prompting reaction from the 2016 campaign trail. >> when they caught this person they asked him why did you do this?

welcome back to "fox and friends first." a terrifying brush with death for a mother in pennsylvania. take a look at these photos. a truck axle came loose and smashed right through her windshield. she was driving two of her children to school at the time. her teenage son apparently put the seat back a few inches and she didn't readjust it. that's a good thing. a towing company said those few inches may have saved her life. a sky high scare. two window washers stuck on scaffolding 71 stories up outside houston's tallest building. the fire department saying one of the motors malfunctioned causing this death-defying -- they had to remove a glass window to pull the workers to safety. panic on the freeway when a plane makes an emergency landing. >> plane literally has just landed on the freeway.
