remember the victims. six people died saturday after uber driver jason dalton went on a random shooting rampage. dalton was taken into custody sunday morning. he had no criminal record and worked as an uber driver. he's accused of shooting five people outside of a cracker barely restaurant then killing a father and son near a car dealership and a woman at an apartment complex. police say they don't know of any motive right now. a neighbor describes dalton as a normal guy. >> he listens to music, always banging, but never a concern that anything like this would happen from just living here for the last three years, i never seen any distress go on. >> during the day an uber passenger being driven by dalton said he began acting strange after a phone call. >> got maybe a mile from my house he got a telephone call and after that telephone call he

information that can be useful in investigations. car makers have been tracking consumers for quite siem and some instances sharing information. when americans buy a car they col next digital information such as crash data, driving history and diagnostic information related to the vehicle. car companies don't necessarily need permission from vehicle owners to share that data with law enforcement officials when that data is shared as quote reasonably necessary to comply with the lawful government requests, regulatory requirement, legal order or similar obligations. in fact, car companies will turn ore vehicle location information if asked to via a warrant or court order. his policies are already in place and have been for some time. general motors, toyota and honda and other big names privacy experts and lawmakers find there are widespread security gaps in vehicles across the u.s. there seems to be questions

converting to islam. the 12 and 13-year-old students were asked to write about their conversion including how they feel and hope their parents would accept the choice. the teacher at the school in the channel islands stressed it was a creative writing task to learned what they learned -- to explain what hay learned in religious studies. no pajamas, no party. that's what a principal in brooklyn told students who were not wearing pjs for a valentine's day party. school staff say the principal determined if kids were dressed appropriately to attend the three-hour bashore they had to have a $2 donation. several students were rejected and seen crying. the letter had been sent to parents two days before the party about the pajamas, but apparently that letter did not say it was mandatory. service dogs these days, several states considering a crackdown on people passing pets off as service animals. it follows several cases where people claim that their animals were there to help with disorders but were actually lying. people with service animals don't currently have to carry paperwork, but that could change
