conservative principles but trump has been at odds with many of those ideas. trump shot back at ryan saying in a statement, i am not ready to support speaker ryan's agenda. perhaps in the future we can work together and come to an agreement about what is best for the american people. they have been treated so badly for so long. it's about time for politicians to put them first. in the middle of this growing divide is reince preibus who is playing down this discord and says trump and ryan will meet together next week to try to work some things out. >> in some cases people are not going to be instantly on board and i know that can be frustrating for some people, but i think everyone has to have a little bit, allow a little bit of steam to get out and get everybody to settle down and i think this is going to come together. >> reporter: we'll hear exactly what donald trump thinks about all of this later this morning

but we will use that as an example because half of the fatalities occur when you fall off of a ladder. so that's the most serious one. people die from hitting their heads. what should people do? if you're going to get on a ladder what do you want to tell them. >> one of the first things homeowners across the country want to do is, hey, what's the integrity of the ladder i'm about to climb. so many of us around the country have ladders in garages for generations and now we're pulling it out for the first time, is it really set, are the rungs sturdy to hold my physical weight. things like that can avoid obviously a fall. >> rich, what do you do if you come on someone that's fallen off of a ladder and hit their head? what do you do? >> i immediately talk to them and see how they're doing, assess their me mental status. >> do you do a neurological exam. >> i do a basic kmurlg cal exam the moment i arrive and also try to stabilize them and have them not move until we assess whether or not they're severely injured. >> what about that board that everybody knows about, everyone
