find our veterans but only briefly mentioning continuing those efforts and for those who were never found. stay tuned for a report from vietnam happening at 5:30. the president also learning taliban leader mosure is dead. it happened over the weekend. the death held as an important milestone in bringing peace to afghanistan. the president says that it sends a clear signal to the taliban that the u.s. will protect its people. >> cop killer shot dead. he barricaded himself inside the apartment miles after ronald tarantino. during a traffic stop earlier on sunday morning. he was shot when he burst out of a closet firing shots. officer tarantino leaves behind a wife and three sons. baltimore preparing for possible

protests today as they await the case of a second police officer charged in the death of freddie gray. officer edward nature was accused of unlawfully arresting gray and unbuckling his seat belt. he died last april a week after breaking his neck in the van. if convicted he could spend up to 20-years in prison. god must have been on their side. nearly 2 dozen members of a church broup are likely to be alive after their shuttle bus flips over in the mountains outside of los angeles. the bus sideswiped a wall on the narrow and winding road before rear ending a car and rolling over. 20 people hurt, six of them seriously. they suspected the bus may have had some breakiake issues. >> by airport and sea. the first is clues from 80 5 expanding this morning. was it a terror attack? patricia stark is here with the latest developments. good morning. >> good morning abby and

heather. the search area is already about the size of connecticut. it is likely to expand today. the u.s. navy spotted more than 100 pieces of debris from surveillance planes. egypt launched the submarine to try to find the black boxes. many early signs point to terror. >> sensors went off, smoke detectors in the laboratory, the window in the cockpit was breached indicating it may have been blown out. >> at this point we cannot rule out some type of terrorist act. i suspect we will have know a lot more coming in the coming days. >> last october isis claimed they bombed a russian yet over egypt killing 224 people. the captain is worried that no group has stepped forward yet.

judgment. that's bernie sanders saying it. he has been rather nice to her. he didn't pick up on the e-mails which was a big mistake. i am going to pick up bigley because frankly she shouldn't be allowed to run for president. she has bad judgment and should not be qualified to run for president. >> donald trump may be the prufrp tive nominee but at the convention four of the state's 41 delegates went not to trump but to ted cruz. that will likely have very little effect overall. they were bound to vote according to the statewide results in the primary. it goes to show you there is a continued divide in the republican party. a lot of folks want ted cruz in the race. >> still have a couple more primaries to go. >> no national polls. >> yeah. >> music's biggest stars coming together under one roof in sin

division on both sides the republican and democratic side. it real glitz ugly on the democratic side bernie sanders declaring war over the weekend on debbie wasserman schultz endpoersing her primary opponent. they are saying sanders it is time for him to drop out. now we are weeks away from the convention. >> i think there have been a lot of tensions on the democratic side. now they are boiling over a little bit. i think what we are seeing from donald trump is a bit of a bounce since he wrapped up the nomination. a lot of people are rallying with him. if you are a democrat not all has lost. if you look at some of the polling at this point in 2016 democrats say they are closer to being unified than they were even in 2008. we know everyone on that side of

>> welcome back. president obama announcing new regulations on over time pay. >> the department of labor finalized a rule tho extend ove time protections to 4.2 million more americans. it is a move that will boost wages for working americans by 12 billion over the next ten years. >> this new rule was intended to boost middle and low class wages across the country managers at restaurants for instance. this should be a good thing but there's a lot of debate about that. other executive administrative professional workers will see a boost in their pay. here's what the rule means when it goedz into effect. it extends over time to

4.2 million more americans. it boosts wages to 12.2 million per year and that will be bad news for new businesses. the salary threshold is more than double the current amount of 20,660 a year. that's good for the worker. the question of course is will the push for over time pay be a good thing for everyone. most experts say yes it will. the big worley with companies decide to reduce workers to offset the overall cost. we don't know. we will find out. back to you. the head of the class could be a thing of the past in one north carolina district. they want to end the tradition of naming valedictorians and salud torians because it creates unhealthy competition among students.
