>> tucker: we are hitting the road bright and early tomorrow, we will show you the trump interview tomorrow night at 9:00.e sean hannity is standing by tonight. see you tomorrow. >> sean: thank you, tucker. we will be watching tomorrow night. this is a fox news alert. obama's deep state shadow government hold over saboteurs, they are breaking laws all in an effort to undermine and delegitimize the newly elected president. nbc news in particular is on a political jihad against trump and his administration. we have hit a new low in terms of privacy as we know it here in our country. it should deeply concern all of you, the american people. just a short time ago, one of the trump hating hostsu, over at msnbc news, got her hands on
president trump's two pages of his 2005 tax return. in many ways this should be troublesome to everybody but also there are many, many legal questions we will get into tonight. according to 26 u.s. code, it shall be unlawful forrd any officer or employee of the united states or any person described in section 103 or anyh former officer or employeee willfully to dispose any person except as authorized in this title any return or return information. that is a felony. they said they found it in a mailbox and it could be related to thehe russians. that could result in a $5,000 fine, ahead of this criminal release, the white house revealed in 2005 donald trump paid $38e, million in taxes on a $150 million income. that is not a scandal but here's
what the scandal is tonight. we have been reporting on the deep state actors in great detail for weeks. they have been working tirelessly nonstop since november 8th. why? they want to create a false narrative that president trump colluded with the russians. reports have now been debunked. that is a fake news story. we've also told you about just weeks before he left office, president obama altered executive order which allowed widespread sharing of broad data collected by american intelligence agencies and that added 16 additional agencies and their employees now gained access to top secret intelligence they did not have access to before. what we are seeing now is becoming far worse. it's a clear and present danger that has emerged and is threatening the democracy of our people.
people committing felonies on a weekly basis. preventing the president from doing a job you, the american people, elected him to do. look at all the leaks that have gonene on since president trump won the election. this did not happen when obama was in office -- all in an effort to destroy his presidency. it wasn't bad enough that obama used the irs as a weapon against conservatives and their organizations, they took the criminalization of political differences to a level we have never seen before. last week i said the president needs top purge this deep state and all these obama holdovers and bureaucrats, they need to be exposed. some arrested and tried and some fired. tonight's example is exactly what i am talking about. we have to address the corporate jihad being waged by nbc news a
against donald trump. they are the leaders of the alt left destroy trump at all cost media. releasing his 2005 tax return t proves that they will do anything, spin any conspiracy to destroy the commander-in-chief including working with people that have clearly broken the law. look at some of these examples. >> breaking news about donald trump, a decade old audiotape surfacing late today in which trump isld making crude and vulgar comments about women. including groping them. we want to warn you, some of the language you are about to hear may be offensive. >> it was not just racial, it was a hitlerian background. >> here you have a deranged president or a pathological lying president lying about the operations of the american government and out lying about the previous president of the
united states. that is enough. to invoke the 25th amendment. but mike pence and the cabinet are not there yet. that tweet is enough to impeach the president of the united states. >> i urge people to read and make decisions about exactly what they are seeing. i understand why so many people voted for him and where you were coming from, i understand why you like him. but this man is lying to you. >> sean: all the conspiracies, it is a concerted effort by a so-called news organization. why? perhaps to take down the president. steve bannon, i argue, was right. the ultimate left media is the opposition party in the media today.rg did nbc news care when the irs targeted conservatives specifically to intimidate them? the unconstitutional executive orders? they have this morning show, they attacked the presidents mental health on daily basis and
what rachel maddow did tonight, if you can stomach -- i actually laughed, frankly harder than i have in ten years, was a flat out pathetic attemptla to smear the president. i could not watch it with a straight face. it was sort of like an "snl" skit but better. piecing all these conspiracy pieces together, a russian oligarch knew that trump would be elected so he bought a property for him in florida. trump made a big profit. do they want to ask the guy who runs nbc, i wonder if he is a pretty wealthy guy? did he sell his property or ever make a profit back in 2005 or any other year? do they want to question if the moon landing actually occurred? this is the twilight zone. let me get this straight. russian knew in 2005 that trump
would be president in 2016, but if you watch the tape on election night, even up to the last minute, nbc news did not think it was possible thatup donald trump would become president. this is the twilight zone so let's get the record straight. nbc is not news, it is deep state obama propaganda television. here with reaction, jay sekulowa laura ingraham. all right, jay, is all of this legal? >> no, the disclosure of taxll return information or the tax return itself from an irs source is a violation of not only the criminal code 7213 but also v te internal revenue manual. the irs with our client and we were instructed to sign documents that you could not disclose taxpayer information. the release of taxpayer information -- if it came from
the irs or someone that was formerly with the irs, that is a felony. >> sean: i guess it could haveom come from a bank, but would that be illegal too? >> if they got it from a source and then released it knowing that would be a violation as well. >> sean: a violation on nbc or the irs? >> this was protected by the first amendment, rachel maddow says. but if it was solicited by the reporter, that is not protected speech. i think the first amendment argument -- >> sean: i will give her the benefit of the doubt but she has a right to report.n: laura is rolling her eyes and when she rolls her eyes that's bad for me. go ahead. >> if donald trump paid what was the equivalent of about 25% in
federal income taxes, i think he needs a better tax attorney. if i were trump, i would not be worried about this at all. he depreciated his assets,ou probably has some losses. big deal. but jay is right, there is a federal criminal violation here. clearly if this was done by the irs or a legal entity that helped trump with his taxes, it sounds and it seems more like this is someone burrowed into the federal bureaucracy who is trying to make hay of this and trying to capture another news cycle. i did not think it looks bad for trump at all. what is the story? 25% in federal taxes? that is a lot. >> the story here is not that
donald trump paid a lot of taxes, which he did, i agree with laura -- existing legal documents, that's no big deal. if this came from a source within the irs or leaking to someone else, that is a crime. this goes back to something we are talking about a lot. these -- inside these agencies are these individuals that are so opposed to anyidthing the president does that they would go to this extent to violate the law. should we be shocked? i handled the cases where the irs targeted conservative organizations. >> sean: the obama's paid 19% in 2015. not 11 years ago. here is my point, it is almost weekly now that the deep state obama holdovers are out there sabotaging -- we will have sara
carter on laterbo tonight, laura ingraham, sara carter said there was a warrant in octobera and it was not against trump. they were debunked. night after night since november 8th, this false narrative keeps getting reported. this is what they have you believe at nbc tonight. donald trump sold a house to a russian oligarch in 2005. he made a big profit. they knew he would be president in 2016. and somehow he was buying influence way back then just in case he became president. there is something really i twisted and sick that they call themselves a news organization. >> the amazing thing, sean, and jay, these are the same folks that are always rushing to conclude that conservatives and conservative activists are conspiracy theorists and a total nut bags. but i would argue that they are the real fanatics.
the american people have moveds on from all of these fake controversies.ri they are trying to figure out okay, am i going to get health care that i can afford? will the country started working again? will government start governing again? the democrats are always on yesterday's storyo line, invariably concocted.? picked up from drabs, there is no air there. they have to keep beating the drum or else, what do they do? how great our foreign policy was under obama or how hillary had all the answers? we know russia got more powerful over the last eight years of barack obama. we know russia got the iranian interest. we know that hillary's brother was involved in all those weird deals. in the former soviet republic. they have no argument so they

>> sean: a fox news alert, the deep state obama holdover forces are hard at work trying to take down the trump administration oncema t again. nbc news is doing their best to try to help a them. let's look back at their abusively biased and humorous election night coverage. let's take a look. >> there is crying tonight, i'm not sure how much of america but i mean literally crying. this is a sadness, a mourning moment for those people.
and a moment filled with fear. >> our country is about to face some serious crises. and so, buckle up. your country needs you. if he does any of the things he said he is going to do the country is going to go through something that will be a radical shock. a bigger shock than just electing. >> sean: they cannot even figure out on election night erthat he was the president. they were all depressed but the russians knew back in 2005. by the way, just to give you a corporate update, the obama's paid about a 19% rate in 2015. the tax foundation said the top 0.1%, that would mean donald trump, laura ingraham is right. donald trump actually paid more. laura -- jay, i guess we lost you. jay, let me ask you. let's go back to the legal side
of this. doesn't matter where it camele from?ck the tax return? >> it does. right now you have a situation where it's a felony for an employee or a former employee to disclose the return itself or information from the return. if this came from irs sources, indirectly to the reporter or through an intermediary, that in and of itself constitute a crime.e. right now, for someone who is litigated against the irs -- i think the irs is institutionally incapable of correcting its wrongdoing here. we don't know exactly where this came from but the likelihood
with everything else that has transpired is someone inside the agency. here's what i would do, startin with the presumption that this came from inside and do yourta investigation this way. start with the assumption that this was an inside job. this should concern every american, republican, democrat, independent, libertarian, it does not matter. when the government startsbl leaking tax information, this is a bad day for the united states. >> sean: laura, ita want to put back on the screen from what i said in the opening monologue. all the examples of the leaks we have had. serious intelligence leaks. put aside everything else as relates to michael flynn. sing the intelligence never getl leaked. let's say itale never happened n barack obama was president. now we have tax returns being released. obviously for political purposes. the media is breathlessly trying to create this russian conspiracy even though we have p no t evidence whatsoever. there is a danger here, isn't there?
>> there is a huge danger. this is what a police state does. this is why libertarians and so> many conservatives are so concerned about the surveillance state that we have created in the united states. you have the whistleblower last week who talked about the fact that every communication, every text, email, phone conversation of every american is being stored and kept and everyone says well, that it's only for the bad guys. may be maybe not. if he is right and all those big warehouses they are building out in utah and maryland are being used to store american information, it's everyone. jay is exactly right. when they decide you are a problem in society, anyone burrowed into the government -- deep state or bureaucracy and theyey want to take you down, ty will take you down.
>> sean: what bill said, he is a 32 year vet. he worked at the nsa. he said every single american, their phone conversation is kept and stored in metadata. every text message is stored. every email is stored, metadata. that's the reason he left. now we have some people -- i want to be very careful with what i say here. i believe in intelligence, great respect for people whowh risked their lives for the safety and security of our country but if intelligence officials are leaking information to her to a sitting president and maybe try and unseat him -- that is a really, really terrifying. it is even worse than that, jay, becausere it could be done to every single solitary american. i would think that liberals would agree with me here in the
right to privacy but what they are doing -- again, i don't have a bigger problem with nbc reporting, i do have a problem with where the leaks come from. >> exactly. we are are not talking about national security intelligence here. we are talking about a then private citizen's tax return. and a tax return information that may well have originatedpr and been disclosed by the united states department of the treasury. the internal revenue service. employees that do that are guilty of a crime. we have to realize what's going on here. you oppose a president? you do it through policy. not through leaking information. >> sean: laura, i talked about a purge last week, if we don't get rid of the leakers within the intelligence community, find the people now that are sorting through people's tax returns -- i would argue that
we are in a very precarious area for the country. if we want to privacy and in privacy. james comey said there is no real absolute privacy. those comments actually scared me. >> you are absolutely right. this is where donald trump has to ensure that he has the best people in the most senior position in the departments that are relevant to this type of sweep that needs to be done. jeff sessions is a serious guy. he now has his deputy in place, state department, the fbi. cia. everyone is in place. now it is time to get serious. those who leak this information must be found, prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, only a certain number of people have access to this information -- that digital footprint is they are. it can be rooted out. everyone needs to be brought ins everyone needs a lie detector
test and you have to figure this out. until that is done, i don't think anyone in the trump administration is safe.. they better lawyer up. this is going to get really ugly. >> unelected bureaucrats. >> sean: and obama holdovers. the bigger danger is, you have the media colluding and that they are salivating. they thought tonight was the big night. sorry to disappoint. it was a higher rate than obama paid.e sara carter, she is going to weigh in r on the deep state actors working to take down the trump administration. sara carter's excellent reporting has uncovered no evidence, none, in spite of what nbc and cnn tell you every day. she will e join us exclusively next and later tonight, matt and mercedes schlapp are here as we continue.

that there is no evidence of criminality that they have found a connection between the trump team, president trump, or the russians. and now director james comey ofe the fbi has just said that he will announce if the fbi is investigating trump and the russian collusion. >> sean: it was just like >> sean: it was just like "the new york times," front page story. all these women say horrible things about trump until we interview the women and they all love donald trump. i mean, part of this is actually funny. but a part of this is dangerous. you have sources that confirm -- this story that you broke is so important. it's interesting that the mainstream media, john solomon was an ap reporter for 20 years >> i've been reporting for two decades now.e

you are making my job it really hard here. last question. when you heard nbc news, and you just heard cnn reporting -- are they lying to the american people? i know that is a hard question but at this point, is there any evidence to suggest that whatat they're saying to the american people is true? >> no, i don't know if it is necessarily a lie i think they wanted to be true and there is a good possibility they have sources leading them in an opposite direction. but i do not see why they could not contact the sources that count. those would be the people in federal agency, law enforcement agencies, the intelligence community that would have been involved directly in this investigation. >> sean: like the media that colluded with hillary clinton could be lying about this because they could not accept the results of the election and there may be ais political connection to leak and lie allth
in an effort to delegitimize the president? is that a fair conclusion? >> i think it is but we all have to look at the facts that their? people within the bureaucracy that feel vehemently -- that there are people they work with that oppose the president and that is where we are seeing these leaks come out. this is very, very dangerous. it's very dangerous to the republic, the american people. it is dangerous to our privacy. what we saw with michael flynn and even the tax return leak tonight. it is something that needs to be investigated. >> sean: i am guessing that you are right, what you will report tomorrow will be the tip of the iceberg andss i believe that we are going to see a political angle to this slowly unfolding and unraveling and it
will be interesting if the media that colluded with hillary will own up to the fact that they have been talking about something that has never been true for what, six months now? great work, sara carter. we willn have you back on tomorrow night. we look forward to your column tomorrow. thank you for not giving me all your sources. >> you are good, though. f>> sean: matt and mercedes schlapp will join us next, to weigh in on these deep state agitators. later, we will get reaction from tomi lahren and jessica tarlov as we continue, straight ahead. as we continue straight whoa, this thing is crazy. i just had to push one button to join. it's like i'm in the office with you, even though i'm here. it's almost like the virtual reality of business communications. no, it's reality.
