agonized when she had to tell bernie sanders the truth. a secret agreement gave hillary clinton and her campaign total control of the dnc's finances, strategy, and mailings. think about this for a minute. hillary clinton former first lady of arkansas and the united states, former senator, stole a primary election. all of you who voted for bernie sanders, you were cheated. everybody. disenfranchised. she sold you out. new parts of donna brazile's book are coming out. she decided to replace hillary clinton with joe biden after hillary clinton collapsed. the clinton campaign treated her like crap.
she said i won't be your whipping girl. democrats are lashing out about donna brazile for blowing the whistle on clinton corruption. >> anybody who suggests that the dnc has the power to rig an election. when i was a dnc chair, what we did, did not influence 10 votes. i find it hard to believe that anybody can cite anything that may have rigged the heimary election in hillary clinton's favor. >> i have great respect for donna. she's done a lot for the democratic party. the charge that hillary clinton was incapacitated is ludicrous. >> did donna brazile fall for russian propaganda? >> i don't know. when i hear the word rigged, hillary clinton won the democratic primary by 4 million votes. the democratic national

johnson -- john solomon obtained a letter that say there is is evidence to support the conolution that secretary of state clinton and others used the private e-mail server in a manner that was negligent to the respect of handling classified information and material. similarly the sheer volume of information that was classified as secret at the time it was discussed on e-mail, supports the inference that the participants were negligent in their handling of that information. those words are key. they were later then edited out and replaced with the term "extremely careless." even though he explained that clinton had top secret, classified information on an e-mail server stored in the
basement of a mom and pop shop that countries were able to hack on. a source told solomon 3 other people helped draft and edit out comey's statement about clinton. the department director mccain. the wall street journal wanted that he had deep ties to the clintons. donated half a million dollars to mccain's wife jill for a state race. this is unheard of it. late last week, we learned from judicial watch, that mccain did not recuse himself from the clinton server investigation until just says before the election. there is more tonight. the fbi general counsel james
baker was involved for leaking classified information to the press. the third personal who helped comey was his former chief of staff. solomon's report notes this was not clear who recommended making the crucial change in wording but the senate will demand answers. it's about time. we said that comey and the justice department were protecting hillary clinton for laws she broke that we would be put in jail for. this offers up even more evidence. comey's original news conference never made sense. he explained how hillary clinton broke the law for 13.5 minutes but stopped short of recommending charges. look at the side of your screen. it's a list that our friend and colleague put together for us tonight showing the laws that
clinton violated with the private e-mail server. we go to jail for this. comey knew clinton engauged in cr crimmial conduct. but somebody happened. the million dollars is what? comey made his decision well before he ever talked to the main people involved. he concluded before he investigated what the outcome would be. he testified under oath that loretta lynch pressured comey to call the investigation a "matter," and he complied. comey decided to not recommend charges against clinton months before interviewing the key witnesses in the case including hillary clinton. you can't decide before doing the investigation. that is why in addition to congress, the department of justice needs to open an investigation into how the fbi
