the show that is the sworn enemy of lying, smugness, and groupthink. good night from washington. but it's not over. sean hannity life from us tonight. >> sean: all right, tucker. i hope you get more vacation than me. this is not fair. i've been here longer. i hope you have a great time with your family. you deserve it. welcome to hannity. we begin tonight with a fox news alert. we have been telling you that we have been expecting the results of four investigations into the deep state. breaking tonight, according to our sources, the first of those reports is set to be released soon. maybe as early as tomorrow. doj inspector general's official finance findings are now in. we are told that the former report will strongly rebuke his utter lack of candor. that means line. we are also being told that the
report the inspector general is putting out tomorrow has reported comey for leaking memos and detailed conversations with the president, a clear violation of the espionage act. these documents were so sensitive, one month after he was fired, the fbi agent showed up at his front door to retrieve the memos and interrogate comey about his rapid misconduct. as of now, the attorney general has reportedly decided not to at this moment charge comey over this criminal referral. however, this is what is a tiny piece of what the bigger report will be and the three major reports that are coming, and without a doubt, comey should be sweating a lot tonight about what should be in those reports. this report is expected to be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to jim comey.
we will get the fisa, full fisa abuse report by the inspector general. as we have long reported, jim comey is playing a starring role in that investigation. remember, he has signed three of those fisa applications. all of them, he had been warned about. all of them, the bulk of the information, hillary clinton's bought and paid for russian dossier. blakely, russian disinformation from the get-go. this was for the purpose of spying on a presidential candidate and the president of the united states. they were also used in an attempt to destroy a duly elected president. on what are the origins of the russia probe. this report will dig into how america's powerful tools of intelligence were used and abused against president trump
campaign paid and then, president trump. and also, whether in fact illegal spine incurred. they were designed to circumven circumvent. that will be a bombshell. james comey is also. also, andy mccarthy, as he points out in a brand-new book, there is no such thing as a counterintelligence investigation unless the president of the united states was involved. that would mean, at some point, as these reports now come out one after another, president obama must be asked under oath, what did you know about your counterintelligence investigation and when did you know it? at some point, we will also get another report on deep states leaking, which is also a
criminal offense. thanks to the investigative journalism from the hills, we know that james three dominic comey and his cohorts are now being investigated. you can't have one justice system for the clinton's. and one for the rest of us. i can't imagine any of you at home or if if you had subpoenad emails and you tried to erase them, that that would work out well for you. if you were warned that the information you were about to present before a court was full of lies, it's unverified, it's not cooperated, it had a political agenda, and you presented it anyway, which was unverified, i don't think that you would do very well before the judge. when that judge came down hard on you for lying to the court.
to declassify a variety of government documents now underway. that is huge news. we need transparency. joining us more is investigative journalist of the hill. john, this is like an office of transparency. >> yes, it is. it could be announced as early as next week. it gives the president an opportunity to no longer rely on all the people who haven't given us transparency. tonight, my sources tell me there are three explosive documents in the obama era that could be at the top of the list on this classification process, that could give us an entirely new story about what went on. one of these are some letters between the iranian letters and the president, president obama, in which obama promised the iranians that they could keep
their ability to keep iranian dominic uranium. remember the obama administration telling us that there were no red flags. third john , this shows what thi wanted to look at, highly classified sensitive evidence that agents were not allowed to look at. all of these could be revelations this fall. >> sean: this is important. you and i actually put this together. you had three, i had three, and we had one that were different. i was talking about the dorm-baw
know it's 65 pages. for the time being, they attorney general has decided not to go forward with charging him for lying or the espionage violations as was expected that comey's is up to his eyeballs in the fisa abuse portion, which will be devastating. >> john: yeah, whatever day it's released. tomorrow will be a day to understand why james comey was fired. also, his handling of the clinton email investigation. you will see why the trumpet and the senior investigation officials see it fit to fire james comey. >> sean: we were right and the media mob was dead wrong the whole time. all right. john solomon.
he is now being called a leaker and liar by the department of justice. a criminal referral has in fact been issued. we are just getting started. this is only the tip of the iceberg. these 65 pages, just a beginnin beginning. the first of many revelations beginning tomorrow. sadly, they were, are being ignored by most news stations. a hoax that we've never seen in our lives. do they ever admit that the wrong? no. never. we still see baseless conspiracy theories that hit what is a vengeful, deranged anti-trump narrative. it is a psychosis at this point. last night, conspiracy tv was at it again. let's take a look. >> this single source has told
me that the trump, donald trump's loan documents there show that he has cosigners. that's how he was able to obtain those loans. and that the cosigners are russian oligarchs. >> what? really question >> that would explain, it seems to me, every kind words donald trump has ever said about vladimir putin, if true. and i stress the if true. >> sean: what? really? if true. except, it wasn't true. what you just heard was complete and totally false. but just an average day at nbc news. this is what they do 365 days per year. those documents for those loans are publicly available, lawrenc lawrence. nbc news. hello. online. easily disproven. of course, his lies.
nothing new. they demanded that he immediately retracted, correct, and apologize for the aforementioned false and fabricated statements under the threat of legal action, he was forced to walk back his lies, st night, i made an error in judgment by reporting something that didn't go through our rigorous verifications process." what you played last night was just a perfect example of nbc's rigorous journalistic standards, what they are pretty much every night for the last two and a half years on your conspiracy network. he just tweeted that the trump organization, eric trump plans to take legal action against o'donnell. good. normal nbc vetting process. this is what they do every day.
thanks to the networks trump derangement syndrome, nbc has now turned themselves into the twilight zone. every single hour of every day, dedicated to spreading their hatred. their propaganda, their lives, their conspiracies. they have a political agenda. don't take my word for it. just listen yourself. i could spend hours on this if i wanted to. take a look. >> the president talked about exterminating latinos. >> no one in the country right now doesn't see that donald trump is in the bag for vladimir putin. >> he is mentally unfit. people close to him say that he is mentally unfit. people close to him during the campaign told me that he had early stages of dementia.
>> that's not okay to say. >> but when are we supposed to say this? after the first nuclear missile goes? >> what does vladimir putin have that creates so much fear in donald trump? the guilty that robert mueller had was a guilty by collusion. >> sean: wrong. brothers in arms over fake news cnn. here's a shame shameful coverae that's just as bad if not worse. >> trump is as destructive a person in this century as hitler and the last century. he may be responsible for many more million deaths than they were. >> preserving our heritage, that sounds like a lot of people who
killed my family and a lot of in the 1940s. >> he is a hatemonger. he is bringing fascism to america. >> the former campaign chairman paid secret visits, multiple visits at the ecuadorian embassy in london. >> he knows how to handle an asset and that's what he's doing with the president. >> sean: wow. we even had this weekend, a guest on cnn actually claiming trump is going to kill millions more than mau, hitler, and stalin. that's like almost 100 million people. he wants you to know that he led that insane but is what journalism looks like on cnn, nbc, cbs, and of course, we
can't forget cnn's april. she values journalism so much that she physically removed the local reporter from covering a speech she was giving. yesterday, she discovered the fake news story about donald trump. he wanted to nuke hurricanes. no, he doesn't. that shows what the president is racist. this is cnn. take a look. >> to will get back to that. anyway. that's cnn like msnbc. every second, every hour, every day. it's everywhere. and by the way, another common tactic is one, when they say thy are conservatives one in reality, they are anything but. all they are is left-leaning, trump hating liberals leaning in a state of psychosis every day.
several other high-profile republicans. but now, she disliked her counterpart, liberal joe, she gets a big pay check to make crazy hateful statements about trump pretty much every hour of every day. trump wants to exterminate latinos. she still has a job. pretty disgusting. then, there's jennifer rubin, who laughably claims to be a conservative blogger at "the washington post" ." let's take a look. >> hi, everyone. it's 4:00 in new york. america's mad king george woke up to devastating reviews. >> what we should be doing is shunning these people. shunning, shaming these people is a statement of moral indignation, that these people are not fit for a polite society. i think it's absolutely abhorrent that any institution
of higher learning, any news organization or any entertainment organization would hire these people. it's not only that trump has to lose, but all his enablers have to lose. we have to collectively burn down the republican party. we have to level them. because if there are survivors, if there are people who weathered the storm, they will do it again. >> sean: level them. kill them all, i guess. you know. this kind of deception extends to the media. "new york times" just admitted on tape that its whole news division, the entire division, which has dedicated one story, russia hoax conspiracy. it got tricky. it got tricky, because everything they reported for two and a half years was not true. now, why don't they just admit that they were wrong and make a correction and say we are going to do better. let's try that. now. that's not going to happen.
instead, they are now going to refocus on trump and linking everything that trump, everything republican, conservative is racist. remember, the times also published that disgusting anti-semitic cartoon, featuring yahoo as a seeing-eye dog. "new york times," like almost every other major mainstream media outlet in this country, nothing more than the propaganda arm of the democratic party. i said it in 202007. it's more true now that it's ever been. journalism is dead. look at how the media mob is every day, how often they are spectacularly wrong. richard jewell, uba, baltimore, maryland, freddie gray, nicholas sandman. the kid with the mega hat.
they refused to report on the big city failure for decades. the worst education. we pay the most amount of money. we get the worst results. the only use reports that can pit republicans as conservative conservatives. the media never will. joining us with reaction, fox news contributor and the american conservative chairman. you know the media pretty well. i thought it was bad when george w. bush was president. it's never been this bad. >> no question. i regret to come to the conclusion that you're right. i hate to say that, because maybe i suffer from stockholm syndrome. i actually like working with them. i like what they do. >> sean: i'm teasing. >> it's important to get along with the press.
what i really do regret is that the press is so biased, they don't even know it. they were so soft on president obama. the american people know that they are biased. the press is overwhelmingly liberal. >> sean: how did they miss the biggest story? abuse of power, corruption. look at hillary's rigged investigation. >> you know what, sean? it comes from having a liberal view. if you have a liberal view, you come out immediately with the context that democrats do things for good and generous reasons. therefore, you don't want to investigate against democrats like you do republicans.
why aren't they going after joe biden, a presidential candidate about what he knew about the trump campaign? >> sean: oh, but he's asked him. barack obama was asked about, why did you start your career in the home of domestic terrorists? why? george stephanopoulos did ask the question, after he was on my radio show the day after. he had never heard of them before. he said, i'll write it down and ask him. if it was trump, he'd be asked every second. some kind >> the problem, sean,i actually think they've had a strategy with republican presidents for a long time. yes, donald trump's gotten the worst of it. they have basically taken down everyone we've had since
watergate. george w. bush left the white house with his approval in the toilet. he couldn't buy a good story. it's what they do. if donald trump did one thing, the most important thing he has done for the republican party, a party on a proud member of, is that he taught us that to simply cower when the call you a racist, too, when they call you these terrible names, is the wrong strategy. the right strategy is to go right back at them. i think the american people, at least 50% of them, are overjoyed that the values that conservatives care about have a great champion who is willing to fight as hard back as the liberal reporters are against u us. >> sean: ari, americans knew, they knew trump was a disrupter. he said he was going to clean up the swamp. guess what. he is getting the job done. >> news flash. they think barack obama most popular? two-thirds thought the direction of the puncher was going in the
wrong direction. that's why trump one back. >> sean: do you see any candidate emerge into beat trump? >> yes. i hate to say that. >> sean: you want him to stop with that. >> exactly right, sean. it's republican women that are going to hurt his election campaign. a lot of new people who have never voted before. but yeah, i think the democrats have a problem with moran and the liberalism. sanders and the liberalism. it's a 50/50 election. >> it's a close election. i'm not going to tell you that it's a slam dunk. if donald trump is able to oversee a strong economy and
they see america unapologetic, and he's taking on our enemies, he's going to win. >> sean: thank you both. lindsey graham, fired up over cnn's hiring of andrew mccain. straight ahead. let's see, aleve is proven better on pain than tylenol extra strength. and last longer with fewer pills. so why am i still thinking about this? i'll take aleve. aleve. proven better on pain.
>> well, i told you before that compared to the coverage cnn gave the mueller report i've got some good friends at cnn who try to be good journalists. but here's what happens, sean. cnn has just hired the alleged architect against the trump campaign. how much time and attention do you think they are going to give to the harward report? >> sean: we have and are expecting different aspects of this to roll out. first will be the comey report. i expected to be around 65 pages. some of my sources are suggesting that it will be pretty devastating. it will say that he was not candid with the fbi. lack of candor. that's line. that would be what papadopoulos got in trouble for.
i have a problem with if we don't apply our laws equally. then, the next will be the fisa abuse issue. that was the bulk of informatio information, hillary's bought and paid for russian lies. my question to you is, how devastated, you believe you say this will be devastating. walk us through what you think will happen. >> what i think you've got to see is basically an attempt to defraud the fisa court. the dossier is not verified to this day without the steele dossier, they would have no warrant against carter page. i think you are going to find pretty early on that there was no proof that he was working for the russians and had no contact with the president. i want to repeat what i said earlier on in the interview. cnn has just hired the person he is investigating for commuting
crimes against the trump campaign. cnn has just hired the person oe is investigating. it's really a shame. >> sean: let me run through a series of quick questions. if i committed premeditated fraud, do you think i'd be indicted? >> lindsey: you are an fbi agent, and you gave the court and document you had not verified and you said it was verified, you'd be in real trouble. opened up the counterintelligence investigation. >> sean: when the fbi finally got around to it, they even said 90 to 100%. >> lindsey: to this day, it's unverified. the counterintelligence investigation, there is no real
evidence to show that papadopoulos was actually working with the russians. the bottom line is, obama, if anybody about the counterintelligence investigation against the trump campaign. and finally, why did they not tell the trump campaign that they had concerns about people working for him, tied to russia question but that's what you're supposed to do. >> sean: do you agree with andy mccarthy that any counterintelligence investigation has to have a president behind? does that mean that barack obam barack obama, the president at the time, should be asked what he knew and what he knew about all this? >> lindsey: i can't imagine an investigation of the republican nominee was not approved at the highest level. i cannot imagine it happening
without somebody in the white house knowing about it. the question for me is, who told obama. when we find out who that person is, we began to put the puzzle together. >> sean: you think you need to be asked those questions, sir, under oath? see five i'm going did you evem president obama about the investigation? yes. i'd like to know what president obama thought about the investigation why didn't someone tell trump. the whole point of the counterintelligence investigation is to protect people. >> sean: all right. senator graham. thank you for being with us. wow. he's in a mood tonight. mark live in joins us next. he has a few things to say. later, congresswoman ocasio-cortez latest instagram rambling. it might be the most bizarre and

utter contempt. they bring on their nooses. those days are long over. can you imagine? what have we heard over the last two years? they bring in a actress hundreds of times. they bring on a neo-nazi to try to attack the president. they fired an anti-semitic repressor over there. did better than "the new york times," who still has their anti-semitic editor. nobody has ever heard of these trumpets before with their vicious allegations against the president. what do we hear day in and day out from our unpatriotic media? that president hitler. do they know who president dominic hitler as? that he's a white supremacist. that he is a racist, a bigot, an anti-semite, a dictator. he's treasonous.
mentally ill. serial liar. compromise. to me, that all sounds like joe starbird. but what do i know. that oca come alive of course, the public is turning on the press. the president has every right to defend himself. i brought a few books, a few books that i'm sure journalists don't have the capacity to read. although, they like this one. the dangerous case of donald trump by dr. bandy lee. i don't know. but they found her. she and 27 of her colleagues decided that the president is mentally ill and should it be president. well, guess what. they pulled that same one in 1964. the american psychiatric association told him to cut it out. but they don't cut it out. that's our media today.
see this book? it's called propaganda. you know who likes this book? i media liked this book. things aren't as they seem. another book. the image. this gentleman was former director of the library of congress. you know what he wrote? he calls it fake news. they create fake news. pseudo-events. and then, they report on them and repeat them. old. i've got more. his three books. unlike john adams and abraham lincoln and woodrow wilson. he didn't imprison any journalists. unlike fdr and lbj, trump hasn't unleashed any stomach anyone against a single publisher. trump hasn't surveyed "new york times" columnists or fox reporters. and yet, they hate him. why do they hate him? because he's pro-american and they are anti-american. that's the only explanation. that's it. >> sean: you have to pay $0.50 or less for those books. >> mark: well, whatever i paid was too much. >> sean: number one "new york times" best seller. it's called "on freedom of the press. right here on the fox news channel. when we come back, while making mac and cheese last night,
