officer jason van dykyke charged with first degree murder in chicago. in baltimore, six officers were arged after freddie gray died in the back ofolice van when they allegedlyly failed to strap him or heed h his request for help. >> the findings are thorough of an independent investigation that mr. gray's death was a homicide. >> reporter: all of the officers have pled not guilty and these and other cases have the potential to set precedent for lala enforcement throughout the country and will definitely be trials to watchn 2016. dan abrams is with us now to look ahead to the big legal stories in 2016. let's begin in baltimore where five more police officers have to face trial. >> you m may see prosecutors trying to get these officers to
