students at the university of iowa will soon be able to take the school's new sexual assault survey. survey."speak out iowa" examines all sexual misconduct on campus, including xual harrassmant, dating violence, and stalking..all responses to the survey will be anonymous. university officials tell cbs 2 news the plan is to have the results by spring.the survey is open only to degree-seeking students.so far this semester, there have been at least four reports of sex assaults on the u-i campus. science, technology, engineering and math, the

gained a loloof recognition ininiowa. iowa.now students in iowa city have more opportunities to learn about them. it's thanks to a grant just given to the district from verizon. verizon.cbs 2 news reporter mellaney moore joins us frfr city high school to explain where the money is going. this grant will go to three middle hools and three high schools in the iowa city district.officials say it will fund ograms in the classroom and outside of school too. too. senior elke ndschitl won't sum up her time learning about science at city high.she wants to study it in college. college.i really like math and i feel like science uses math like, practically.y.this class is principles of engineering.... engineering.......it's one place where an $8500 dollar grant from verizon can make a difference tehing science, technology, engineering and math.

program.covering the corridor in iowa city, mellaney moore. cbs 2 news. speaking of chihiren, parentsts of those between the ages of six months and six years have the opportunity to get them a healthy child screening. screening.the screenings will take place tomorrow between ten and two at the ladddd library in southwhwt cedar rapids.it will include screenings for vision, hearing, dental and development to make sure children are ready for school. the screenings are free. unity point is expanding its family medicine and urgent care campus in marion.they'll use the existing lebeda mattress factory next door to add about six thousand square et.alongngith more patient care areas, the completed expansion will include separate entrances for the urgent care and family medicine facilities.providers there say the expansion is to meet the needs of a growing community. "it will provide a little better access for patients and
