today to be arraigned.a woman is accusing cosby of urging her to take pills and drink wine before assaulting her at his home near philadelphia in 2004.during a news conference this morning, the montgomery county prosecutor explained why charges were filed today. charges today are filed as a result onew information that came to light in july of 2015. statutes of limitations in this type of case is 12 years. after determining that the statute of limitations regarding potential iminal offense had not yet expired, the investigation was reopened. reopened.over the past 18 mont - more than 40 wwmen ve publicly accused cosby of assaulting them over the last four decades.but today marks the first time the 78-year-old has faced criminal charges in connection to the allegations. cosby has long denied wrong-doing. the corridor w some more snow fall from the sky this morning.

overnight. while the corridorordeals witit winter weather, flood warnings are in effect in 13-states. states.those extend all the way from georgia to just to our south in missouriwhich is witnessing record flooding. at least 13 deaths in thatat state are being blamed on rising waters.right now - mandatory evacuations are in effect as the amry corps of engineers works to keep water in streams and rivers.that includes the mississippi which is expected to crest 15 feet above flood stage in saint louis tomorrow. we've never seen water this high, and when it goes above cords, not by an inch but by two or three feet, you dot know exactly how far that water is going to go. go.meanwhile - flood waters in arkansas are reaching levels that haven't been seen in more than 20 illinois, around a hundred homes are being threatated by rising
