otter way like a ballgame you don't know which way it's going to go. >> kristen: meanwhile in los angeles right now the dodgers are holding a fund-raising at the stadium to help bryan stow pay for his medical bills. american medical responsible response is co-hosting the event. ambulances are lined up in the parking lot. they are donating cash and checks to a fund established stow's family until 3:00 this afternoon. they are still looking for the men that attacked stow. a $150,000 reward is being offered for any information that leads to the suspect's arrest and conviction. jurors resumed second full day of deliberations in the barry bonds perjury trial. they begin the day with a court clerk reading testimony. kathy cost incidents said she

witnessed barry bonds getting an injection back in 2002. bonds said in this is a little something something i get on the road. you can't detect it. in japan a strong new aftershock is being blamed for the death of a 16-year-old girl. the usgs says the magnitude aftershock hit one month to the day after a tsunami dividend is the country and begin a nuclear crisis. this is the second major shock in less than a week. video of the temblor shows office buildings shaking. some 200,000 homes lost electricity. three homes around the epicenter crumbled. the government is ex extending the evacuation zone around the nuclear plant.

to decide whether to approve a $3 million fine negotiated by staff and pg&e. the fine involves the company's failure to turn over document and safety records by the deadline. it came in last september's pipeline explosion in san bruno. eight people were killed. they are also considering a request by an attorney that will require pg&e to immediately begin safety testing and replacement work on some 152 miles of transmission lines. an east bay congresswoman is highlighting the lack of accessible health care in this country with a visit to free medical clinic that begin over the weekend and has attracted thousands. amy hollyfield is live in oakland with more. >> reporter: they expect to see about 3,000 people in oakland before they close the clinic. they just saw 3500 in sacramento

morning. they hope they don't have to turn people away but there is a possibility. >> eric: police chase ended with a crash in burlingame this morning. sky 7 was overhead. it begin in san mateo when police tried to pull over this suv. it was driving on the sidewalk. officers followed it until the suv hit the tree. the driver refused to leave so police pulled him out. he went to hospital for a medical condition that may not be from the crash. >> kristen: this morning stanford has stepped up patrols after a student was sexually assaulted inside her apartment. it happened around 9:30 inside es con dead ee village. investigators say the victim woke up and started screaming and the suspect took off. in the last incident someone

signed an agreement with the biggest chinese search engine but it won't be integrated with facebook.com which is blocked in china like many other states. china's government bans pornography and gambling. google you may remember pulled its search engine out last year after complaining of increasing censorship. >> six people will be awarded the goldman environmental prize in san francisco tonight. one includes a hollywood stunt man that is leading the push for environmental justice for the gulf states. it's dubbed the green nobel and given to those that take personal risks to safeguard the environment. it comes with a $150,000 price o
