manslaughter charges for running a couple walking their dog. our reporter is at the sheriff department scene. matt? >> the driver in this crash has yet to be booked in jail. she was taken to stanford medical center for treatment after the crash. police say the 54-year-old woman was driving east in menlo park before 6:55 and she hit a couple from behind while they were walking theiring do. her car then went over the center median into the westbound lane before crashing into a vehicle and hitting another show has been arrested on two counts of vehicular manslaughter. the man and woman died on the scene. police say they were a couple if their 50's. the victim's dogs with taken to
the humane society for treatment. you can see the damage last behind here with a couple of trees knocked over. the treat is back open to traffic this morning. >> thank you. community outrage is growing in santa rosa where sheriff deputies shot and killed a 13-year-old boy. students at andy lopez middle school will walk out of choose today and march to the sheriff's department. hundreds held a vigil to remember the boy for the second night in a row. a 24-year veteran was training another deputy and they saw lopez caring a rifle on tuesday that looked like an ak-47. the boy was shot seven times according to the autopsy report. katie marzullo will have a report from the scene in the next half hour. >> a judge will announce where a serial rape will list weapon

warmer weather will build through the weekend. unfortunately, the cold front is not bringing moisture here but possibly some snow in the sierra on monday night. for our temperatures below average today and with the extra sun shine and manipulate 60's with cupertino at 68 and we touched 70 and it will be around los gatos and morgan hill. at the boardwalk, more sunshine this afternoon and mid-to-upper 60's for most of the peninsula and menlo park and palo alto at 67 degrees. up the coast we have mid-to-upper sifts -- 50's and south san francisco is 64. sausalito is 62. better to take pictures today away the areas than yesterday. mid-to-upper 60's through the north bay valley and mid-to-upper 50's at the beaches and low 70's for moments of us in the east bay valley. the temperatures tonight are the same as this morning a lot of mid-40's to low 50's. the area of low pressure shows it is undercutting this high and

bay and daly city and colma is 58 and low-to-mid 60's in downtown south san francisco and sausalito and mid-to-upper 60's through the north bay and ten degrees cooler with the center sunshine at your coast. mid-to-upper 60's along the east bay shore with oakland at 65 and fremont at 68 and 69 in castro valley and pleasanton and brentwood is the cool spot and low 70's for everyone else. it was so cool yesterday our heater was on and it kicked open when the temperature dropped to 68. too early for that. mid-to-upper 50's in most neighborhoods and a few low 50's around richmond and san jose. while we were sleeping the low pressure we have been talking about was drawn to the coast. it is weak. it is close enough to the shore it will bring high clouds and sunshine and disrupt the morning marine layer. the cold front shows the moisture on monday and tuesday and that is moving to the east and bringing a few snow showers
