from the bart contract. >> they must honor total final agreement. we're asking the court to enforce the employer obligation to do so. >> the lawsuit is going to delay a resolution to this dispute. >> this after two strikes the unions fat rat fied it. bart says it discovered a clause was signed by mistake. section 4.8 giving workers six weeks of paid family medical leave. bart says paper trail shows the district rejected it twice and never intended to agree to it because it makes the deal far too expensive. >> there are ways we can implement that language that would be acceptable, we believe to both parties they're not willing to entertain that discussion. >> reporter: unions have not heard from bart since before the disputed vote.

feed hungry people in the bay area. we're working with the alameda county community food bank. i'm going to talk to people who are contributing to their efforts as well. there is i know you had a great day on thanksgiving day. how many people did you feed? >> we fed those in the community struggling. thursday we fed 50, then, the day before, wednesday we had food they're able to take to go home. we had 300 that day. and we've been seeing a rise in the need of those this coming year, we opened at 10:00. they line up at 6:00 in the morning to come, get food. so there is a huge need this time of the year.
