the election results, but to say he has reviewed the evidence and can conclude that the american democratic system is in fact sound. >> thank you. abc news learned that a tenth circuit court judge emerged as leading contender to fill the supreme court seat vacated by scalia. nominated by president george w. bush in 2006. he is only 49 years old. that would make him the youngest nominee for the high court in about 25 years. the nomination that is expected as early as next week. a day after collapsing during a televised speech, minnesota governor mark dayton disclosed he is battling prostate cancer. dayton returned to work tuesday to unveil his state budget. while speaking with reporters, he was diagnosed with cancer last friday. he lightheartedly joked about his collapse which came about 40 minutes into his address. >> the speech was too long. i learned that lesson.
