even the road work has cleared. 580, tracy to dublin, filling in. that's in the yellow at 47 minutes. dublin to mission, 15. 101 to cupertino, also in the green, at 15 minutes. thanks, alexis. we are following breaking news in san francisco. police are investigating a double shooting in the mission district. at least one person has been taken to the hospital. we don't know their condition or the status of the second victim. police say the shooting happened not far from a bar on 16th and valencia street around 1:30 this morning. abc 7 news reporter cornell bernard is on the scene gathering new information. he'll bring us a live report coming up at 5:30. developing news, a bay area radio legend has been found dead in kentucky. a taliaferro h bnsi sevel lpg with the investigation. abc 7 news reporter amanda del castillo has more on his life and this ongoing investigation.. his body was found sunday in a
wooded area in paducah, kentucky, not far from where he was last seen. he suffers from dementia. he started at kgo in 1977 and hosted the news talk a.m. 810 show from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. >> we're all just heartbroken over ray's death. it's interesting because it was exactly seven years ago yesterday that kgo changed the format and the overnight voice of a taliaferro, that had been part of the scene for 35 years, was silenced. now, tragically, his voice truly is silenced. >> reporter: the fbi is helping with the investigation into his disappearance and death. his family released a statement saying, the family appreciates

minutes. thanks, alexis. the man accused of being passed out while his tesla was driving down highway 101 is expected in court for the first time today. chp arrested 45-year-old alexander samek on dui charges. "abc 7 mornings" brought it to you here as breaking news. chp believes his tesla model s was on autopilot. a patrol car got in front and forced it to stop. they took samek and is the car off the freeway and arrested him. new, thousands of san francisco's low income elderly and disabled residents will soon be able to get food stamps through cal fresh program. ssi recipients have not been eligible for those benefits since the '70s. they were entitled to an additional $10 through a cashout policy. and is the state legislature changed the policy over the summer to allow recipients to

messages. >> weird that she didn't message anybody. it was her birthday. you know what i mean? >> i'm going to try to stay positive. but there's just no explanation for why she wouldn't reach out to someone. >> her family says the airbnb has cameras. they hope they can get information about the car that she got into. in the east bay, the contra costa board of supervisors will consider banning styrofoam food and drink containers. they will talk about it at tomorrow's meeting. it may include non-food related polystyrene products like ice checks and packing peanuts. the material is hard to recycle and adds to landfill waste. eight counties are considering such a band. it could cost $75,000 to develop the ordnance and $25,000 annually to reinforce.
