dave rice: its a great program and i'm just honored i got to be apart of it ((michael stevens)) former u-n-l-v head coach dave rice... had nothing but good things to say about his alma mater... hours after he resigned his position dave rice: i want to do what's right for everyone involved, that's my personality i'm a team guy, and its important to me that i make sure that tina and i met for quite a long time today and we mutually agreed that i would step aside 19:25 ((michael stevens)) rice was in his fifth season with running rebels. he had an overall record of 95 and 54. his win total declined each season.. since winning 26 games during the 2011-2012 season. that year.. he took us the first round of the n- c-double a tournament.. tina kunzer- murphy: you know he loves what he does, and david rice is committed to his players, it's been a tough day ((michael stevens)) athletic director tina kunzer-murphy says she's grateful for everything rice has done for not just the rebels.. but the university. tina kunzer- murphy: he's been a friend, he's family for years, and i want to thank

dozen people died on boulder highway last year. many of you have reached out to me concerned for your safety along this deadly stretch, so today we're talking about what the state plans to do about it. ndot says they've identified several areas along boulder highway in need of pedestrian and motorist improvements. this year, ndot will lower the speed limit along a two- mile stretch of boulder highway from 55 mph to 45 mph starting at galleria drive. most of the change happens in 2017. next year, ndot will install and overhead pedestrian flasher and an off-set median island at sun valley drive near the eastside cannery. new lighting, crosswalks and sidewalks are set for construction next year due to funding and multi-
