((brian loftus)) hillary clinton won nevada over with 53%... while bernie sanders came in with 47%: ((clinton: i am so thrilled and so grateful to all of my supporters out there. some may have doubted us but we never doubted each other!)) ((brian loftus)) clinton's win is a huge victory for her... following bernie sanders' surge in popularity amongst voters. entrance polls found that clinton had big support from

for president, donald trump saw the huge payoff in south carolina saturday night. victory in the south for the republican frontrunner -- his win so commanding, he may have clinched every single delegate in the palmetto state. while on the democratic side... luck was a lady. hillary clinton thanking nevada for her much needed victory. some may have doubted us but we never doubted each other.... butt to we are all in this together, we all have to do our part opponent bernie sanders may have conceded nevada, and possibly next week's primary in south carolina, but don't count him out. it is clear to me, and i think most observers, that the wind is on -- at our backs. we have the momentum. early momentum never sticking for jeb bush -- who in an emotional good-bye, suspended his campaign after he failed to

made an arrest... in connection with the deadly shooting near the cosmopolitan hotel. omar talley was taken into custody on saturday. he faces murder charges after police say... he killed 27-year-old melissa yvette mendoza and 27-year-old jennifer margherita chicas. both women died early friday morning outside the cosmopolitan hotel. metro police are still searching for the car that was involved. it's described as a dark grey 2015 toyota camry with california plates. metro is asking anyone to come forward with information. /// ((kirsten joyce)) > a 45-year-old uber driver will be arraigned today... in connection with a shooting spree saturday night... that left six dead and two injured. authorities are working to piece together the seven hour shooting... after the driver reportedly picked up passengers in between those shootings. don champion has the latest. jason brian dalton faces multiple murder and weapons charges connected to a deadly shooting rampage in kalamazoo. officials say the 45-year-old

at random. mark dunton gets chills thinking about his encounter with the accused killer: (sot mark dunton/ uber passenger ) "it's crazy to think that someone could have gone out and just done all these horrible things and came to work straight- faced -- like he's just coming to work dunton and his friends heard about the killing spree and got nervous when dalton picked them up in a car that matched the one police were looking for.. (sot mark dunton/ uber passenger) my buddy scott actually said something to him said hey this isn't the hhr, you're not the guy are you? and he said no 53-year-old richard smith and his 17-year-old son tyler were killed car shopping at this dealership. barbara hawthorne was among those killed at this cracker barrel. (sot patti jones/ friend of victim) when a tragedy like this strikes you never expect it to be this close at home the first victim in the shooting spree was a woman who was shot multiple times at an apartment complex. she is expected to survive. the sheriff says her quick actions saved the lives of several children including 12-year- old joi coleman: (joi coleman, 12- year-old survivor) he shot her once, and she was still running, and then he shot her again, and she fell. and she was asking joi help me joi help me.

(nat sound) he went to a wilco concert in brooklyn, and when reilly flaherty got home he realized, uh oh, lost my wallet. nevada is mourning the loss of senator debbie smith. the nevada senate democrati caucus announced her passing yesterday. smith was diagnosed with a brain tumor... just before the legislative session began last year. she was first elected to the state assembly in 2000... and won a seat in the senate in 2012. smith was 60- years-old. /// ((kirsten joyce)) > supreme court justice antonin scalia was laid to rest this weekend. his funeral service was held in washington d- c... where the late justice's son, paul scalia... delivered mass for his father. scalia died in his sleep while on a hunting trip in texas. his funeral service was the
