arrested friday morning after police say he robbed two fast food restaurants and a walgreens in just 15 minutes. a few hundred dollars was taken during those heists. metro says he is responsible for at least 7 other robberies as well. a police report says ross told police he needed the money to pay his hoa fees and he was behind on his bills. he also asked to call his father... councilman steve ross.. for advice. the ross family released a statement saying shane has been battling addictio cooperate with police./// ((michelle mortensen)) lightning lit up the valley skies last night.. putting on quite show. but on the roads ... the rain caused quite a mess. drivers plowed through flooded intersections like this one at lake mead and civic center. it was a similar scene at durango and ann. both flooded in just minutes after the rain started to fall. the number of companies making self driving vehicles is growing. and daimler just tested out it's self driving truck on the hoover dam. >> at least four companies have licenses here to test so called "slef driving " vehicles in our state. and they iniclude hyundai.. kia... and delhi automotive. two people must still be t tested..
