((kirsten joyce)) >> brock turner served only half of what many people believe was a lenient sentence. as alecia reid reports... a crowd of people are expected to be outside the jail, when turner is released. former stanford swimmer brock turner served only three of his six-month sentence for raping an unconscious woman outside a fraternity house last january. judge aaron persky's leniency has caused outrage. be recalled, but if the campaign isn't successful, persky will continue sitting on the bench for another seven years. ( steven clark / lawyer ) "everyone knows about this case. people have formulated some very negative opinions about him. it's gonna to be hard to really get a fresh start. he's gonna be starting behind what many people do when they leave jail."
