it happened here along torrey pines near bannock way. we're told 43-year-old luis aguilar struck a bicyclist just before crashing through a wall and into a backyard. police say following the crash he then took off running--- but was later arrested at his home. aguilar now faces dui and hit and run charges. the bicyclist was transported to u-m-c, where he later died. this is the 75th traffic related death in metro's jurisdiction. /// ((brian loftus)) two men are in jail this morning after storming the stage dur the stars live premier. olympic swimmer ryan lochte's was rushed by two men wearing anti-lochte t-shirts while receiving the judges score. the two men were detained by security until police took them into custody. and they are now facing trespassing charges. the olympic medalist performed a foxtrot routine with professional partner cheryl burke to "call me irresponsible." they received a combined score from the judges of 24 out of 40./// ((brian loftus))

((kirsten jo trying to contain the spread of zika-carrying mosquitos. they've been spraying pesticides and as andrew spencer reports... they're looking for some help from washington. it's getting worse... florida health officials say there are eight new zika cases in the state since last week...all of them from local mosquitos. again all eyes are on washington to see if lawmaker will finally pass funding for the fight... they failed to pass funding

((kirsten joyce)) >> florida governor rick scott will be in capitol hill to lobby for zika funding. congress has until the end of this month to pass a budget to avoid a government shutdown./// ((brian loftus)) a retired indianapolis doctor is accused of using his own sperm to help women at his clinic become pregnant. 77-year-old doctor donald cline told patients he used sperm donated from medical students. but according to court records, when he didn't have a donor sample. he allegedly did that about 50 times... and lied about it. the case turned criminal in 20-14 because some of doctor cline's donor children sent official complaints.//// ((kirsten joyce)) two new studies out of europe offer more proof that breast-feeding benefits both mother and baby. the first study indicates that babies who are genetically predisposed to developing asthma are less likely to do so if they are breastfed.
