be getting ready out of las vegas and folks who live there year around say the festival is making it hard to deal with. so many problems that they're dealing with. basically life is beautiful is coming and it's not and basically they have us caged in like animals. i don't have a car. i work at mcdonald at 30th and i can't these barriers. lights from surrounding art exhibits are also beaming through apartment windows of those living outside the festival perimeter. we reached out to life is beautiful organizers. they tell us they've worked to help address concerns. they're running a shuttle running every 30 minutes for residents to get around the perimieter of the festival. ((mauricio marin)) >> traffic is another big issue. there are numerous streets already closed off. many others are about to shut

admission wristbands can only exit and re-enter once a day for security reasons. they have to be back inside the gates by 9-pm. reporting live...mauricio marin. 8 news now./// ((dave courvoisier)) all new at 11... north las vegas police are investigating a deadly crash at lake mead boulevard and wilkinson way... that's near pecos. it happened just before 7:30. police say a man on foot was killed. the truck remained on scene. the collision is under investigation/// ((denise valdez)) a newly-released arrest reportt vegas doctor that he inappropriately touched a patient -- and police believe there could be more victims. shakala alvaranga has been pouring through the documents and has more on this story. shakala? ((shakala alvaranga)) >> denise, the arrest report gives an in-depth look at the accusations being brought forth by an alleged victim. 50 year old jorge burgos was arrested wednesday morning on three lewdness charges. tonight, we learned that back in 20-11 ... another patient of his, also accused him of kissing her.
disturbing new details emerge about what allegedly took place inside a local doctor's exam room. in the report, the alleged victim struggled through tears to tell police her side of the story. incidents reportedly dating back to early august, the victim tells investigators that during a doctor visit, burgos hugged her and kissed her on the neck. she also says burgos, who is inappropiately put his mouth on her breast and entered her exam room during a pap smear -- knowing what was happening behind the closed door. cesi garcia, watched the arrest unfold wednesday. "it's shocking." ... she adds. the victim says she told her mother about burgos' flirtatious acts.

((dave courvoisier)) congressman joe heck is dealing with an unwelcome distraction in the heat of his senate race campaign... his 19-year-old son's online behavior. representative heck's campaign has resd buzzfeed article brought light to racist, misogynistic, and anti-semitic online language on reddit. plus, posts using offensive language against people with intellectual disabilities. those posts from joseph heck the third, who goes by joey, have since been deleted. in a statement to 8 news now, joey heck writes that he is truly sorry and asks for forgiveness. he says he has chosen to go to counseling to work through his issues. in a separate statement, the
