three years later, he was charged with burglary, forgery and attempted theft. garcia was arrested sunday on murder and robbery charges. after his card declined at the drive thru. ((he went around the building and parked his car in the back of bank of america, went inside, had a confrontation where something occurred between him and the victim and he pulled a gun, shot the victim, shot several times in the air, and threatened to shoot other people in the business.)) ((kirsten joyce)) several people are mass shooting in houston. houston police say a total of nine people were wounded when a houston lawyer opened fire on vehicles near west university just before yesterday's morning rush. one victim described the scene deirdre oneill/wounded and released >> "the bullet, it shattered my parking brake. the bullet is now on the drives side where my feet were." ((kirsten joyce)) >> the mayor has identified the alleged shooter as attorney nathan desai. he died after getting into a shootout with officers. investigators found nazi emblems
