((michael stevens)) >> brian, kirsten... as you mentioned the owners will meet in texas today... and while no vote on relocating the raiders is expected -- it's certainly going to be the talk of the town.
that's where, mark davis... from the oakland raiders is expected to layout his plans on moving the team. if it's approved by the n-f-l owners the stadium will be built at one of two sites... either the bali hai golf course or where we are... the i-15 and russell road. yesterday, a number of local leaders were on u-n-l-v's campus to watch the bill signing take place... and many of them are thrilled about the thought of las vegas becoming an n-f-l city: ((rossi ralenkotter // ceo, las vegas conn "it's a turning point for las vegas, and it's going to keep us competitive for years and years to come." after he barricaded himself inside a home with his father. the stand- off wrapped up just before midnight.. on koa avenue, near sam's town. police say a son and his father were inside the home... the son then went outside, got a gas can, went back inside the home and poured it in the house.. and on himself. he then turned on the gas... which prompted police to call southwest gas to shut down the line. officers also noticed the son had a handgun... the father was able to get out safely... no one was injured. /// all eyes will be on las vegas tomorrow .. as the presidential hopefuls take the stage for their third and final debate. facing several felony charges... is due in court tomorrow. 21-year old jordan turner was arrested for having an inappropriate relationship with a female student. he now faces 3 felony charges... including kidnapping and committing a sex act with a 14 or 15 year old student. he was arrested this past ((brian loftus)) metro police just released new video of last week's deadly officer involved shooting. they identified the suspect as rex wilson ... metro says he fled from police during a traffic stop near fort apache and hualapai. police say officers fired 36 shots at wilson after surrounding his car... hitting him 8 times after he pointed what they thought was a gun at them. it was actually a water nozzle that resembled a gun .. the same
