tackle question 2. you may remember... the first medical marijuana facility opened in las vegas last summer... and this year... nevada voters are deciding on legalizing recreational use. but it's not necessarily that cut and dry. there are a number of restrictions that come with approving recreational marijuana. 8 news now reporter karen castro breaks down question 2. ((karen castro)) nevada may become the recreational marijuana. washington, oregon, alaska, colorado and the district of columbia have already ended the prohibition on pot. sot ((joe brezny - the coalition to regulate marijuana like alcohol: marijuana is safer than alcohol, it's less damaging to your body, it's less addictive and its far less likely to be associated with a violent behavior.))
