emerge. i think one of the key things is to understand traditional ways of trying to find a job, throwing your resume out there don't work. you've got to network. target your volunteer work so it focuses on certain things you can use to segue back into the work force. >> your book has fun things and practical things, too. one of the things you touch on is getting in touch with your bitch envy? >> what does that mean exactly? >> we all had moments where you look at some other woman in the work place. she annoys the heck out of you. you think she is always brown-nosing the boss and bragging about what she is doing. but really, part of why you think she's a,bitch, you want what she has. i think turn the envy back to yourself and say, what's that's saying about me? maybe i should be doing more and taking on stuff and use you the to motivate yourself. >> not to emulate that behavior. >> no.
>> you also talk about lots of things, but you said you have to do -- what was the thing i was reading this morning that i loved so much? got to break the rules. >> yes. today is not enough to do a job really well. to set yourself apart from the pack, you've got to do more than what you've been told to do. sometimes that means going in with a presentation your boss asked you to do just like we did it last year. but you go in with something new and fresh. often it's so much better to ask forgiveness than permission your boss is going to go, hey, that's fresh. i like that. >> making a mistake can trip you up. when you tell someone a so-called secret, there is an 85% chance it's going to get around. >> with some crowds it's 100%. >> there is no vault. there is absolutely no vault. you just have to know loose lips sink ships. if you've got a secret, keep it to yourself. when someone tells me something a secret, i relish it. i think of it as something just for me and it makes it harder to divulge it.

thunderstorms will be possible later on today. also expect to see more storms in florida once again. and here's the cooler air already starting to take shape. high temperatures today as warm as it's going to get. 61 in minneapolis, mid 60s in chicago. also in the northeast throughout portions of new england like boston, down into new york, mid to upper 60s and lower 70s. and that's going to change. saturday chance for some rain moving into parts of the northeast. huge portion of pennsylvania will have a chance for some showers and cooler air working into the picture. notice as you look at the color up here, okay? get into the yellow and into the blue? we're going to see some of that. some of the blue even, the u.p. at michigan have a little bit of blue on there so 40s. possible it's that's as warm as it's going to get. on sunday not as much rain, not as many showers but there will still be some showers throughout parts of the great lakes and in the northeast. some of those showers still

under your eyes gets thinner. so what happens is you get sagging and you're losing collagen. all this will exacerbate the appearance of puffiness. >> she looked at me when she said this. . she looked at me, too. >> let's talk sodium. that is the number one culprit. >> it sucks up water like a vacuum cleaner. read labels carefully. it doesn't have to taste salty to have a lot of salt in it. biggest culprits are canned soup. look for reduced or low sodium versions. you can make your own but that's not the real world. >> deli meats. you think they can be healthy. look at turkey, can be low in fat but high at salt. ask at the deli counter or get packaged versions prepared reduced or lower in salt. >> the next one shocked me. i drink this. >> just three tablespoons can be almost 1/3 of your sodium for the day. if you're a big ketchup user,
get the no sodium ketchup. >> there's no salt at all? >> does it taste good? >> you can flavor it with other things. >> we know these prepared frozen meals have a lot of salt. even the reduced sodium ones and the calorie control ones are a good choice. it's better than having the full sodium ones. or make your own. in the real world we have to rely on these some of the times, but cut out when you can. >> the last two are my favorite food groups. >> starchy carbohydrates in general. it's just in digestion, they suck up a lot of water, protein does not. if you want to debloat quickly cut out temporarily the starchy carbs. when you reintroduce them add the fiber-rich ones. that causes con constipation. >> stop looking at me. everybody is looking at me.

just don't go there. final thing if you really need to save a couple hundred bucks, consider cutting out a changing table. it's great to have but if you're really on a budget you can change your baby elsewhere than a special table, right? now what you do need. >> when leaving the hospital, you need a couple of things. >> a car seat. this is something you have to purchase. the snug ride is mom's favorite seat. we did a poll. 38% of people have the snug ride in the back. it's built for a small baby. it can hold a baby up to 40 pounds rear facing for two years. >> a mother who just had a 40-pound baby shouldn't be driving if you know what i'm saying. >> how about the stroller? >> this is chico's stroller. under $200. italian styling, easy to fold. >> very light weight. >> you don't need a big expensive stroller. >> they've come such a long way since my kids were born. things why heavier and clunkier and you couldn't fold them up. they've come a long way with technology. >> this is a swaddler where you tuck their feet in there and it
