"early today" starts right now. good morning everyoneem i'm sheba russell. we begin with breaking news out of georgia. a standoff at the motel. a man holding a women and 11 children hostage. happening in dekalb county to minutes from downtown atlanta. the motel has been evacuated. the woman made a call and told police had a knife and was threatening her and the children. the children are between the ages of 3 and 17.
