have to wait for the dod say go, do as you wish. >> reporter: the california primary on june 7th has lost a significance for the race. instead, the focus is what it will look like between donald trump and hillary clinton. raj? >> california can still matter in some way. trump can clinch the nomination on our primary, june 7th. trump needs 1237. that is his magic number to clinch the nomination. tonight, you see it's just over 1,000. marco rubio has 172 pledged delegates, mar than john kasich who is vowing to continue his campaign. don't, bernie sanders thanked his voters for an upset victory in the democratic primary. 3200 votes separated sanders from clinton. he said the path to nail the
nomination is narrow but he says indiana has given him a burst of momentum. >> going to a bunch of other states, culminates in the largest state in the united states with the most delegates and that is the state of california and we think we have a chance to win there. >> now, mrs. clinton didn't campaign heavily in inn sbin has spent no money on the tv ads there. you can find a link to the delegate track interinformation about the primary. tomorrow a new ballot measure will be proposed to legalize pot. they will try to get signatures for the adult use of marijuana act to allow people 21 and order to possess, transsport and use marijuana for recreational purposes.

dan that stubblefield is accused of attacking a developmentally disabled woman who went to his home more than a year ago. but stubblefield claims there was never an assault. >> i am not a perfect man. the allegations come a year after a consensual encounter with another woman are all totally false. >> he did not answer questions at the news conference. his legal team is calling the woman's actions a money grab and they claim she is mentally competent. take a look. have you seen this bmw convertible. police say it was used today in an attempted burglary. a woman spotted two men trying to break in their home. two suspects jumped into this car and sped off.
air bag paker takata may be adding tens of thousands of air bags in the biggest recall in american history. talks are under way. an expanded recall could more than double the 28 million inflaters that must be replaced. they are blamed for 11 deaths and dozens of injuries. san sta clara. the team announced it's taking legal action. the niners want the city to slash the rent for the stadium. they had been paying santa clara $29 million for the rent. they proposed a new rent of $19 million a year. it allows them to renegotiate the rent to a lesser amount. neither side is backing down so the niners are sending it to arbitration. a former high ranking 49ers

another rough week for san francisco bay's twitter. shares at an all-time low. 14 bucks a share now. this comes on the heels of last week when the company reported disappointed earnings. missing its revenue by $13 million. twitter stock is down nearly 40% this year. the company is hoping its deal with the nfl to stream thursday night football games to turn things around. and mcdonald's with a district plaifr. gilroy fries are being tested in markets. the garlic comes from thor ya grower. we checked in with customers at mcdonald's to see what they think. >> i live next door to an mcdonald's but i came here because of the garlic fries.

showers off shore. as we get a closer look here at the doppler radar as we stop the scan. you can see there's not much in the terms of rainfall. we do have low level moisture in the county. a little bit of drizzle. tomorrow morning, dwoe have a chance of spotty showers across the bay area. the clouds in place, helps to retain some of the heat. we stat at 50 in north bay. san francisco, 55. and the south bay, 54. a chance of on spotty shower. up might need the windshield wipers just a bit. the upper area of low pressure off shore. as we have been talking about, it's not going to just move in and movie out. it's going to sit here and meander near the coastline for wednesday, thursday, friday and saturday. it's also giving the forecast model a tough time. when a storm system sits in one spot, it makes it hard for the
models to figure out what's going to happen. the best guess, the cloud cover comes the back tomorrow, the cooler temperatures stay and we will have a chance of scattered showers. rainfall totals, not a lot at the current moment. we're looking at at least a tenth of an inch here across the bay area. that puts us with a tenth of an inch in napa and less in san francisco. and san jose looking at .9. dha is wednesday to saturday rainfall total. the forecast for tomorrow, the overcast, the gray skies remain with us. san jose drops to 68. that is a major departure from this weekend. remember in the mid to upper 80s. may need a jacket for a bit. pacifica, chilly tomorrow. palo alto at 67. and north bay and the trivalley. a risk of a thunderstorm in the north bay for santa rosa a.
