would be possible on his cabinet. the wall with mexico would be designed, the immigration on muslims in place, the audit of the federal reserve would be underway, and plans to repeal the affordable care act would be in motion. all of this, as bombshell news on hillary clinton. a federal judge said it may be necessary to depose clinton regarding her personal e-mail server, over a freedom of information lawsuit regarding his close aide. the clinton camp responded with a statement, our focus remains on the independent review being conducted by the justice department. hillary clinton is long expressed her willingness to cooperate in that review in order to help them complete their wochlt we remain confident it will affirm nothing inappropriate took place. that news came as the hacker who is first exposing the private e-mail address makes a new claim. he says he also gained access to the former secretary of state's completely unsecured server.

he exclusively told nbc, it was like an open orchid on the internet. hundreds of folders. he gave no proof to back up his claim and the review of the server showed no signs of hacking, according to a source familiar with the case. clinton press secretary blasted him, saying so we are surprised to believe he hacked clinton's email but decided against leaking any of that. yeah, right. clinton has maintained the server was not breached. on tuesday, she told andrea mitche mitchell that she had no knowledge of it. north carolina bathroom law, the u.s. justice department says it is a civil rights violation. hb-2 requires people use the restroom according to the gender of their birth. it has sparked protests throughout the death. the doj civil rights division sent a letter to the governor saying it blatantly

discriminates against people on the basis of sex. doj says it is a practice of discrimination against transgender state employees. the governor has until monday to respond. if he refuses to change the law, north carolina could lose access to millions in federal dollars. the state is already reeling from the financial impact of the law, as a slew of performers have boycotted the state. president obama made his long awaited visit to flint, michigan, in front of a crowd of about 1,000. he called it a tragedy. he reassured angry residents that their frustration wasn't falling on deaf ears. >> that is why i'm here. to tell you directly that i see you, and i hear you. i also want to come here, though, to tell you that i've got your back. >> well, the president also drank some of the city's water.
