with voters in philly. the two voters apparently won a contest giving them the chance to ask her questions directly. a ban back in place in our state against anybody ballot harvesting. that basically means political parties they can't go door to door and collect your ballot for you. that gave the green light to this process. but state officials challenging that one and the u.s. supreme court agreed apparently putting that ban back in place. this is a blow to democrats saying the idea is aimed at helping minority voters. police trying to figure out what led up to a stabbing in west phoenix. officers called out to a home near 47th avenue in indian school. that person rushed to the hospital and we're told right now is it serious condition.

4-year-old boy drowns. this happened at a home near university and greenfield. mesa fire says that boy climbed out of a window and got into a swimming pool. we're told the water was murky and it was hard to see him. his father found him and sadly he died on the way to the hospital. a heart breaking story out of texas. authorities saying they belief they have found the body 10-year-old missing girl. officials issued an amber alert wednesday. sources say authorities are now questioning that girl's uncle. let's go do georgia now where residents are fed up with being pulled over for bogus reasons the one woman says she

told the officer her prescription medication does not impair her ability to drive. the controversy surrounding the minnesota pipeline continues to build. people at lambeau field telling news crews that this is an everybody issue. for religious reasons they don't want anybody using the water there. this pipeline would run from north dakota to southern illinois. but thousands have stood outside the rock in protest for months now. now this man was walking near the white house when a secret service officer noticed he had a firearm. the officer confronted that man and he was placed under can arrest after a brief struggle. now we're talking about that most accurate forecast. walking outside this morning be prepared because it's a little chilly out there.

i think it's a nice morning to go out for a run. 50 in sedona. 605 in yuma and 40s this morning in nogales. looks like by 7:00 we'll dip down to 62 degrees. finally up into the 70s. but hey we're loving this kind of weather. desert doppler this morning shows it is pretty quiet. really not seeing a whole lot going on. we're in that nice dry pattern. we'll show you future cast. yesterday we did see a little bit of pop up shower activity. i don't think we'll see any of that today. really not any clouds. but also for tomorrow's going to be nice and clear and into tuesday, election day i think the weather's going to be a little nice. talking about air quality today.

own uncle die. both of them shot in the middle of the street. the seniors, the uncle passed away. that nephew we're told is in stable condition this morning. also telling phoenix police that the suspect droef off in a car together. a witness heard some sort of conversation going on before the shooting happened. chandler police say a man is in custody accused of ramming a police car. police say gang unit d were trying to make a traffic stop on friday and the driver reportedly rammed a police car. the driver then took off on foot. reckless driving and hit and run. and a valley man killed last week being remembered this morning. exactly how his family seld he would have wanted. more than a 100 cars. the 22-year-old was killed when

point and police say how scary is this. a suspect did try to shoot that employee but the trigger jammed. the suspects did get away and police are searching for them right now. developing right now two men are in jail accused of a violent attack that happened in oakland california. police say eight people got hurt when bullets flew outside of a nightclub. police say witnesses told them a fight broke out right before shooting started. police in newark new jersey investigating a deadly stabbing that happened. three hurt. all of it taking place inside of a home there. right now we're told investigators are looking at a person of interest. the investigation we are told is continuing this morning. well a look at these flames it's hard to imagine no one was hurt when this massive fire ripped through a chicago house.

east southeast at 5 miles per hour. this morning it's looking pretty good. across the rest of the valleys. yeah, we're in the 50s in parts of the northwest valley. wickenberg. pioria looking like you guys are in the upper 50s. looks like 63 right now in tempe. 63 in lavine. 64 in goodyear and 60 this morning in anthem as we take a look at that most accurate forecast for you by t go today. so before that i think a lot of us are going to stay in the 60s. so a nice cool morning. but go outside and enjoy it if you can. i saw some friends posting some pictures from camel back. it was packed yesterday. be prepared to hunt for a parking spot. 81 by 1:00 and then 83 by 3:00. after that i think we'll start to dip down a little bit just in

abc 15 mobile app. taking a look at clouds and radar this morning. nice clear conditions over the state of arizona. we see other places. parts of new mexico picking up some rain. i don't think any of that is really going to come here and if we do maybe some fair weather clouds. for the most part it's going to be nice, clear, and sunny conditions. we're going to be in the medium range for today, monday, and also on tuesday. so just kind of be aware of that. as far as those forecast we go. it looks like we'll be in the 80s around central phoenix and central arizona. looks like 70 in prescott. upper 80s here in the colorado river valley. 87 in lake havasu. 89 in yuma. and then taking a look at the southeast valley it looks like a lot of us will be in the 70s today there. nice mild conditions. overnight not so bad here. looks like 40s and 50s in southeastern arizona.

items that are needed for our communities and so we work with the food banks. we collect for the items in the bags and then the food banks distribute to people in the east. >> that's amazing. it really does make it so easy. we're already there going anyway and this has been a really successful program for you guys. how many families have you guys been able to help? >> this is a program we've had a for a few years now and last year we donated about 30,000 food to people in need across the country and this year we're of course aiming to exceed that. >> now is any sprouts participating in this across the valley. >> all sprouts in arizona and over 25 here in the valley, yes. >> wow, that is so incredible and you guys make it so easy to do. we appreciate what you guys are doing and you were telling me during the break that this food helps them even carry past the holidays.
