"black lives matter" activists. the police department is confirming to abc7 news that officer philip white is no longer with the department. janet is live at san jose headquarters with the story. janet? >> the tweet and the twitter account have long since been removed. it has been nearly a year since the internal investigation started. and now the san jose police department loses an officer once considered a role model in the community. >> you have to use your noggin. >> officer phil white, a 20-year veteran with san jose police, worked with kids on gang prevention and education. his twernl -- personal tweets grew national attention. he threaten ited in the "black lives matter" after saying threaten me or my family and i will use my god given and law appointed right and duty to kill you. # cop lives matter. he went on to write, "if

they made four arrests in potrero hill. they closed the street ramp to interstate 280. during the search one of the suspects isn't whatted for a case out of oakland and police would not elaborate further. new concerns about the outbreak that may have spread to another county. they spoke to the health officer in santa cruz who says they are waiting for test results on five possible cases. there are now 93 confirmed cases in the san jose area where the outbreak began. they are all linked to the san juan restaurant. the pan who came down filed the first lawsuit against the restaurant. >> i knew it was the restaurant, but i had no idea the extent of what now is like an epidemic. >> no word yet on the exact source. this is believed to be the large large -- largest outbreak in santa clara county. >> a man wanted for two attempted abductions is linked to a third case of the on sunday police say the man

time lapse from our sunset. we not only have the fog around, but those high clouds around as well. the fog came back and it is socked in along the coastline. half moon bay is reporting visibility down to about seven miles with fog. the temperatures around the area we are seeing high clouds as well in the 50s and 60s. i want to show you the trans america prior midand the financial district. the fog has been in and out. looking at fog and drizzle and there is a slight chance of showers on sunday. today's high temperatures are in the mid60s to the mid80s. we will keep this mild pattern going, but you will notice slight drops in temperatures. we are expecting heavy rain in association with hurricane patricia. it is packing winds of 75 miles an hour. southwestern portion of mexico

under hurricane warnings are expected to actually see this intensity into a category three and then soak the area with six to 12 inches of rain. the moisture will head into texas and they will get some drenching rain. they have already seen rain and thunderstorms and we are expecting another repeat there as we head toward the next couple days. for us in the bay area not drenching rain with the sunday system. we will notice for this weekend saturday increasing cloud cover and sunday we have a slight chance of a few showers and most of the energy is staying up in northern california has a possibility of a few hundredths of an inch. now fast ford to next week -- fast-forward to next week. wednesday a cold front may link up with hurricane olaf and left over moisture from it is passing away from hawaii right now and bringing us a greater chance of rain.
