apartment near 43rd avenue and thunderbird at about 1:45 this morning. they found man dead inside. an arson team was called in to investigate. a plane made an emergency landing on a dirt road in goodyear. goodyear police and fire say the plane had some problems with thing gear and couldn't make it to the airport. have been reported. right now, a man is in critical condition after being shot in the chest. it happened near 4th avenue and southern phoenix police say the victim got in a fight with 2 suspects and one of them shot the man. police are still looking for the suspects. a new aquarium opened up in scottsdale today. the odd say has been -- the odyssey has been under construction for months.
