>>james: we do have some weather to talk about today. we will talk about the possibility of light rain later today. >>justine: a developing story as the search is on to find a missing 16 year-old vallejo grow. officials say she may have run away from home. her mother held a candlelight vigil last night to pray for the safe return of her daughter. plea to bring her daughter home. a dozen or so people were in

attendance for a vigil at the home. they held candles and fliers with the missing girls picture. she says her daughter ran away from her father's home in the past but says she usually will call her to check and and but has not this time. she said the team had a disagreement with her father before leaving on saturday. >> an argument about her grades and writing letters to her high-school friends that are in juvenile hall. asked what prompted her to leave and he said, do not think anything happened that was bad enough for her to leave the house. i heard from an investigator that she could be in sacramento or the sacramento area in a silver band.

. reggie kumar shows us how this puppy is doing right now. >>reggie: this is how freeway looked on thursday after having his right rear leg amputated and that this is how he looks today. he is running around and walking on his three legs and is socializing well with other dogs. the german shepherd puppy is staying with foster parents. she says he has been living with her from the 24 hours. >> he is making remarkable progress. he has learned how to sit, laid down and stand. >> this is the animal trainer for the humane society of the market. this is a picture freeway and obedience school. she says she does not believe the puppy was abuse. >> our temptation is to coddle him too much for. we want to get him out and act normally answers possible.

when the first crews arrived they sought a crowd of 150 protesters, some wielding harass and crowbars. first responders felt they were outnumbered it had to hang back to trail the group to try to mitigate the destruction. parking enforcement officers nearby came in to help. only one person was arrested. >> i do not want anyone in this city that we as were the people who wanted to do damage. that is totally false.

oakland's may day protests as several clashes between demonstrators and police continued well into the night. when it was over, 39 people were arrested for various crimes and several businesses were vandalized. haaziq madyun appears -- takes a look at what appears to be main targets. >>haaziq: occupy protesters damaged this atm machine. this was one of several banks targeted by vandals. in addition to repairing the atm machine, spray-painted graffiti work removed from the bank's logo and glass swept up from the floor as well as several broken windows removed and replaced with plywood. the same thing at this wells fargo across the street where caution tape stretches across the entrance as the glass door is being repaired. windows for strafford --
