charles you talked to the victim's pants...is this the resolution they were hoping for? well, they are optimistic that they will be able to put this issue behind them and that their daughter will be able to continue her education here at san ramon valley high. last fall, a 17-year-old female student here at san ramon valley high school apparently used a cell phone to video a 16-year-old female student using the restroom. the 17-year-old also posted the video online where it was seen by dozens of other students. when school officials learned about what happened, they suspended the 17-year-old for three days and then allowed her to return to classes and extracurricular activities. the parents of the victim felt that punishment was inadequate.sot says we are throwing the perpetrator back into the same environment and the same environment my daughters in. she's suffering in.but, upon further review the san ramon valley school district has apparently decided to take additional steps. on friday, the district released this letter which states that "as a

(who are you to be filming people here), it's a public street (yea so.) so i can publicly film, (really) yea enjoy it thank you you too while i'm recording in public ..here is some information that will save you the headache of getting a ticket for running a red light see this black and white sign which reads stop here on red . it's pretty much self explanatory but just in case its still confusing ill try to dumb it downnats: ambiance i'm just outside the moutain view caltrain station on castro street and there are two sets of lights one set before the tracks and one set
8:37 pm
behind the tracks when the light turns red everyone must stop here at this limit line and wait for the light to turn green easier said than done. nats: ambiance because many drivers roll right past the first set of red lights and stop at the second set . the problem with that is when you do that you are running the red light nats: ambiancein other cases drivers stop at the limit line only to drive forward to the second set again that is considered running the red light whether in a car or on a bicycle nats: ambiance all day every day you will see drivers run the red risking 400 dollar ticket and point you your driving record the reason for this is simple, it's to prevent people from stopping on the caltrain tracks and potentially getting hit by a train nats: ambiance and even with a green light drivers need to keep clear of the tracks all to often i watch drivers get stuck on the tracks or have to back up when if they stayed behind the stop here on red sign they would put themselves in a sticky situation. if driver would pull there head out there phones and pay attention to the road many of the mistakes could be avoided nats:

prescriptions prices .. simply put ... are skyrocketing. here's some proof.according to a-a-r-p ... the retail price of 622 common prescriptions increased from more than 5 grand in 2006 rebeal to more than 11 grand in 2013.that's more than double.so the key to rising prescription costs is finding the cheapest place to buy your meds.and i've found a couple ways you can do just that.all you need is a computer.if you haven't bookemarked good rx - dot - com ... and lowest -med- dot - com ... do it now! here's how both work.you type in the medicine you need .. and the websites search for the pharmacy with the cheapest price in town.another website to check out is blink health dot com.there you can download their app ... where you can buy meds for up to 95% off ... and then pick it up at any pharmacy you want.the company claims 50% of the meds they offer are 10 bucks or less ...
8:47 pm
and that blink can be used by people with or without insurance.all three are worth checking out to see if they can save you some money.and if you're not online savvy ... or you don't want to give these companies your personal info .. because some will ask for it ... another option is to ask your pharmacists to give you biosimilar or generic drugs.they can be 80 to 85 percent cheaper... and save you a lot.and now you know .. how to cut your prescription costs ... the warriors may be getting their leader back for game two of the n-b-a finals. according to a report -- steve kerr could be back on the sideline this sunday. it all depends how he feels in
