police arrest a man they say was heading to the bay area to commit murder. police say 58-year-old yue chen of visalia was coming here to kill his three doctors. palo alto officers were tipped off last wednesday that chen was upset about treatment he was receiving for a medical condition. he was also reported missing last wednesday. his rental car and his two hand-guns were also missing. police in southern california sent out a bulletin to police departments across the state to be on the look-out for chen. he was later found in his rental car on highway 101 in san jose and was arrested by c-h-p. he is facing three felony counts of attempted murder. horn at another driver. kron 4's j-r stone has the story. they claim the driver they honked at told police they had a gun.nats.this video has now been seen more than 17- thousand times on jennifer thomas's facebook page. it's video that shows her boyfriend, david solano, being ordered to the ground by san mateo police officers. when she yells that david isn't resisting arrest you can see an officer point his gun at her. three days later and she is still thinking about what happened.sot it scared me obviously when i seen him point the gun at me but you can see the 15-20 officers behind me with guns pointed so it was terrifyingthe couple says everything started when they were traveling to safeway to get food for their children. david honked at the car in front of them. the man inside pulled out his phone
9:34 am
and started taking pictures of their car, david pulled up beside him, there was a brief argument and the two drove off. it appears the man who was honked at called police saying that david had a gun and made a threat. a short time later the two were pulled over and officers ordered them out of the car.sot the first words were.put your hands in the f-in airat that point i was like what is going on.the couple tells us they don't own a gun and while david did curse during the argument no threat was made. officers later let them go but they both believe david was lucky to not have been shot when he was ordered to the ground.and they're both now fearful that what happened then could happen again with a much worse outcome. sot i was so scared that he was going to be shot. sot i feel like i'm a prisoner in my house because i can't go out and buy my son milk or diapers or either of my kids i

( mark ) the san mateo police department relased this statement overnight. it reads in part: "during this high risk stop, the female passenger in the vehicle directed an object at officers which was later discovered to be a mobile phone. officers, at that time safely detaining solano for safety, and not knowing whether the alleged firearm was in the vehicle, pointed a firearm at thomas until solano was detained." we've posted the entire response from police on kron4.com ( darya ) we now know the name of the suspect in the death of an australian tourist in san francisco. the tourist is identified as 33-year-old matthew bate. he was killed during a fight outside a hotel on van ness avenue. police arrested the suspect inside a nearby hotel. he is 34-year-old david murillo of hesperia -- which is in southern california. murillo is in jail and is expected to be charged with murder. these two games and your trying to compare the 13 years to the two games.but paul pierce and these other peoplei'm just pointing out that they are looking overall and probably if you bring in defensively/gary: paul pierce is on tv now and he is trying to say something provacative so if he says james for 13 years is still the best. you know they are talking. believe me. durant has out-played james a little bit because they have won the game. but anyway it's you, me and paul pierce. another triangle. darya: it got you going. i've done my job gary. i just wanted to poke you.gary: you provoked me. when i gotta yell, i gotta yell, so yeah. darya: the warriors waking up in cleveland this morning. the warriors left the bay area yesterday. this is video the plane yesterday. you can see one by one as they depart for cleveland. here are your choices: you can watch that game on or you can go to a watch party at oracle arena. that watch party will cost $20 per person cost $10 to park.gary: that's just it. if you want friendship or companionship and i was talking about this the other day. now granted i've been doing this a long time. there's probably somebody on last week that's better than me now. according to you. my point is if i'm not taking son or my daughter to the game, i would rather be sitting at home where you can watch, so i can know what i'm going to talk about later. if you can't afford to go to a game for 500 or 600 dollars a game, it gives you a chance to go to oracle arena and cheer.darya: a lot of people are watching it on tv. in fact, the first two games averaged 19- point-six million viewers. it was the most viewers since jordan's bulls as in '98.gary: i think number one is lebron and number two is the
