house in oakland. she never made it.(jrs) kron 4's hermela aregawi spoke to the missing teen's mother who fears the worst has happened to her daughter. tonight - oakland police are on the look out for 15 year old olivia bettencourt.her mother worried sick. betancourt/missing teen's mother: i mean that's my hope she's just a stubborn 15 year old who thinks she knows everything and wants mom to feel like this, you know. nicole betancourt says the family recently moved from oakland to vallejo,where her aughter will be starting at a new high school in the fall. nicole betancourt/missing teen's mother: she's been sort of rebelious to new rules expectations, consequences. she's 15. you can't tell 15 year olds anything. she took off like she was going to cool down. i was leaving to go back to vallejo. and in that moment like i said we were kind of arguing and i was like she'll probably wait for me to leave and go back to nana's and that's not what happened the family has posted dozens of fliers and are doing everything they can to find their olivia. nicole betancourt/missing teen's mother:overall she's a good

(justine) it appears bart police are stepping up tonight. there's been a number of arrests at stations across the bay area. two of the three arrests were made in east bay stations today. bart police arrested a suspect for public intoxication and fare invasion. over at the glen park station -- they had to arrest a man for indecent exposure. bart has been
under fire over the last couple of weeks for some of the violence that has broken out at or near their property. last friday -- there were several car burglaries at stations in the east bay. tonight we're learning new details about a robbery involving the oakland hip hop group called zion.the group posted this video online. they say they were held up at gunpoint in west oakland earlier this month by thieves who stole their 90-thousand dollar camera. they were shooting a music video at the time of the robbery. the masks of former presidents were being worn in that music video when they were robbed. this is one of a number of robbery's that has happened in recent months here in the bay area. the group zion has started a gofundme page to pay the high insurance deductable on the camera. they are close to their goal of 75-hundred dollars. (justine) another big story tonight... a warning for people in the east bay... a bat with rabies was found at a popular park for children
in clayton.. kron 4's ella sogomonian is at the grove park in clayton with details. clayton is a rural town and wildlife is nothing new but contra costa county health and animal services are warning the public of an animal that could pose a health threat.a bat suffering from rabies was found last sunday at the grove park similar to this one pictured on the center for disease control website, concerning parents who come here often.sot: monica calendar, parent// "i have a small child and she can't really tell the difference what's a dangerous situation so yeah i am a little concerned."sot: irfan baig, parent// "my son he's very curious so if there's something especially an animal or a little critter is laying around he might be curious and want to pick it up or something so i'm glad you mentioned it to us."the bat was immediately removed from the park and was being rehabilitated but died several days later. test results came back positive on the afternoon of july 27.these teens who grew up in clayton say they're used to the wildlife that

(justine) in san jose a bicyclist died after being hit by a v-t-a train.... the accident happened around 4:30 this evening at race street and parkmoor avenue near highway 280... service on the downtown mountain

(justine) president trump took to twitter today expressing his disappointment with senate republicans.(jr stone) the tweets come after the failure of the so-called "skinny" obamacare repeal legislation. reporter ashley corum has more on the future of the health care battle. president trump launched a tirade of tweets saturday --- just one day after the senate derailed the gop's 7-year campaign to repeal and replace the affordable care act. trump called for the senate to get rid of its 60-vote filibuster rules - which require 60 senators to agree in order to end debate... and move forward to a vote on a piece of legislation. the gop's "skinny repeal"... introduced by senate majority leader mitch
