a gaming expert said nevada could be alone in fighting these companies. >> are you suggesting that we leave the legal analysis isn't as important as the fact of watching what's happening throughout the rest of the country? >> yes. >> kyndell: and for all of you fantasy sports fans right here at home, hold your horses. no vote will happen yet. that will happen next year in 2017. reporting in las vegas, kyndell nunley, news 3. >> jeff: thank you. a family wants the body of their loved one to mexico after he was stung and killed hundreds -- stung hundreds of times, killed by bees. we're talking about jose moreno who was in a coma for two weeks after he was attacked near russell road and fort apache. the only way for the entire family including jose's 81-year-old mother to get closure is to bring his body back to mexico. the family wants to show their respect by giving him traditional burial at home.

i'm hillary clinton and i approve this message. hillary clinton's plan starts here... by making big corporations and those at the top finally pay their fair share in taxes. and those companies that
move overseas? she'd charge them an exit tax. then she'd use that money to make the largest investment in creating good paying jobs since world war ii. millions of jobs.
>> kelly: thanks for staying with us on this wednesday afternoon. it is 12:41. you are looking outside at very smoky skies out there. we have elevated levels of ozone and smoke in the atmosphere. that's prompting an air quality advisory for clark county that's not just for today but for tomorrow as well. that's what we're dealing with here. i put this together. this graphic showing the elevatedel high level smoke and dust and moderate levels. clark county today and tomorrow. so as we take a live look outside we can really see why. i mean, this is the inspirada overlook camera. normally from this vantage point we should be able to see the sheep range in the background and we really can't. we can see clouds starting to build over the local mountains. a couple of showers possible. dry conditions expected in the las vegas valley today. now, temperatures. it's starting to warm up.

america's got talent at 9:00 p.m. fl you can catch it all right here on channel 3. >> jeff: staying busy. >> krystal: for sure. a huge pearl could be the largest in the world. >> jeff: it was discovered inside a giant clam in the philippines. according to city tourism the pearl weighs 75 pounds. gemologists say theyee as of right now the pearl is officially the largest. it weighs 14 pound and measures over nine inches in diameter. >> krystal: that's big. >> jeff: it's not a mars rover that you are looking at. this is actually a postal robot. >> krystal: the national postal service in switzerland festing a small fleet of the robots next month in three cities. the robots travel slowly on the
walking around, animals and cars. they will test five robots and they won't travel more than three or four miles on a trip. during the test they'll deliver dummy packages but eventually will be used to deliver food and medicine. after a few months of testing swiss post will decide if it wants to use the bots more regularly. so this could be the new age of delivery service. so we'll see if what happens in success. >> jeff: see if it protects the postman against vicious dogs. >> krystal: exactly. >> jeff: we're talking about hillary clinton, her health seems to be the discussion online. now it's striking a funny bone. >> krystal: the democratic presidential nominee laughing off the health questions. you saw her on jimmy kimmel. they were trying to get her to open a pickle jar and she got it. she is fine. cnn's jeanne moos dissects some

[ laughter ] >> reporter: pickle jar aside, some jokes are more jarring. >> donald trump has been saying that hillary clinton looks unwell. trump ait over 35 looks like she is dying. [ laughter ] >> reporter: but some of the funniest comments about hillary's health aren't jokes. they're actual theories. for instance. the time hillary acted startled by reporter's question. >> it almost seems seizure-esque to me. >> reporter: what was seizure-esque was how critics seized on it. >> we at seizures, psychotic
music. even if the reporter some describe as looking scared said she wasn't. and hillary wasn't having a seizure. doctors weren't buying in. >> i can't say that's a seizure. >> reporter: then there was pillow gate. photos with arrows pointing at pillows propping up hillary. there was also the anti-seizure injector pen. the secret service agent is clutching something. is it an emergency seizure syringe? actually it seems to be a flashlight. watch the agent point it at the floor a darker area. next thing you know they'll be saying she is growing a tail. wait, a few have already said this is evidence she's possessed by the devil. jeanne moos, cnn, new york. >> krystal: okay. you can follow us on facebook. just search for krystal allan news 3 las vegas and jeff maher news 3 las vegas. we always love what you have to say. send us a message even if you just want to say hello we'll take it. we're also on twitter.
