joining us. >> good evening. a stadium for the franchise. that's not stopping raider fans as embracing them as the local team already. nathan o'neal is joining us live at las vegas raider nation canteen nah over at boulder highway in twain. nathan? >> reporter: well the raiders technically belong to oakland. don't tell that to a lot of the fans here in las vegas. in fact, inside the now, they're watching the game. they got so loud that we had to step out because we couldn't hear ourselves think. there's no doubt that a lot of fans are' tore welcome the raiders to las vegas. >> this week, we got our first look at what the proposed 55,000-feet stadium looks like. but that domed stadium comes at a hefty price dag. $1.9 billion. this stadium is still far from a done deal.

$715 million in public invest ment. that money coming from a room tax. we asked the vp about that. >> almost a $2 billion stadium. a new home for the las vegas raiders. basically a no cost nevada taxpayers. but the benefits them being through the entrance and tourism, more money for them, more money for education. raider deal will get done sooner rather than later. >> we love our raider family. and so that's why everyone is so excited for them to come to las vegas and support the dome. this is a huge opportunity for us not only as raider fan, but as a community in las vegas. and the fans tell me that the stadium site location that are up for grabs been narrowed

they're asking anyone who can help the investigation call crime stoppers. one roommate is dead is the oh ere in custody suspected of murder. nevada state and u.s. 93 was wrought by the sound of gunshots this morning. we are getting the first look at the suspect in custody tonight. henderson police releasing the mug shot of michael. news3's ken dell has mo those who watch as police use crime scene tape the block off the street. >> this is a quiet neighborhood. after waking up to homicide detectives, nthing in their normally quiet gaited community. lowis and her neighbors began to echo each other. >> we've lived here for about 6-7 years. and this is the first time anything like this happened. >> 11 years we lived here, this is the first time we've ever seen anything like this.

>> i have never seen anything like this before. >> reporter: and another in custody, questions continuous re continue to rise as detectives from the police department work to piece together what allegedly led a roommate to murder. >> the neighbor heard it and called 911 immediately. the victim and suspect not only knew each other, but live lived together as well. the man accuse odd fe pulling the trigger is still there as >> reporter: a third person was also there during the shooting. she was not hurt. they're hoping to once again regain peace around their home. >> i still feel this is a good neighborhood.

the famous burning manifest value kicks off this weekend in northern nevada. the tickets sold out in gnus 30 minutes when they went on sale in march. there were only 30,000 available. the annual celebration of artistic expression that has grown in popularity since it began in the 90s. two sink holes to closed areas of a florida highway in miami this weekend.
