in boulder city where officials are working to improve how these crimes are investigates. craig they really let you see up close and personal how they're working to do this. >> craig: they did. because a lot of times an investigation like this begins a lot of things very early behind the scenes we were just not privy to. the federal bureau of investigation or the fbi is very quick to move in and help with local police departments when asked when those localol child abduction or child kidnapping. today we are live to you from the city of boulder city. this is where the fbi along with numerous local police departments, 16 local police departments in fact, they are together teaming up, the police agencies and the fbi, for a mock kidnapping investigation. all of this is staged with elements from real kidnapping or child abduction cases. and they're taking all of those

there is one to work with in a practice setting. i'm craig fiegener reporting live in boulder city, news 3. >> krystal: thank you, craig. important information to know. speaking of the fbi, also warning everyone who owns a computer or laptop with a webcam to cover them up. fbi director james comey saying the concern is rising that hackers can get inside your computer and see inside your home through your webcam. everything from eating dinner to look inde can be accessed if a webcam is not covered. it doesn't matter if the computer is in sleep mode experts say hackers can get around it and use the camera for their own benefit. there is a simple fix. officials say just put a simple piece of tape over the lens. that's all haw to have do to protect yourself. doctors in philadelphia are testing a vaccine for the zika virus on humans. the vaccine is reportedly being tested on 40 people. one of the doctors responsible

bathtub last january. she died six months later. a jury trial will determine gordon will be required to pay in damages. police in cincinnati are looking for people behind this video as they pretend to fire a gun at a group of pedestrians. this cell phone video was posted on facebook and shows the man waving a gun out the rear window and clicking it more than a dozen times scaring people. you see at one point. police do not know whether the gun is real or fake and hope to be able to track down the suspects responsible for that video. >> krystal: apple ceo tim cook showed up at a california apple store to celebrate the release of the iphone7. gadget fans were lined up in front of the palo alto store that's in the bay area there. as they were waiting to get their hands on apple's latest iphone. in cha has become a tradition

they wanted to. they moved it to a hospital room. because the father of the bride was diagnosed with a terminal illness. candace hammonds and thomas burkett had planned to marry in october but in late august the family was told that candace's father only had a few days left to live so the wedding was moved up and to her father's bedside. they got some really amazing photos of the ceremony. they've been shared online. although her father passed away days after, she says she's that her dad could share such an important moment in their lives. >> krystal: just so beautiful they wanted to share with all of us. awesome story. actress olivia wilde is expecting her second child with fiancee jason sedakis. she is calling out people on the subway who she says were less than pilot. >> michelle: she tweeted -- polite. she tweeted out about people who she said refused to give up
