the brother and sister who are accused of attack her are here. it's how valerie vision the last few months. last december outside the department near h street and owens. brother michael williams teamed to kill her. they poured a pot of boiling grease poured on her. >> i got a pot of grease poured on me, i died and came back. >> williams suffered third degree burns over 70% of her body.
