students, university staff and at least one professor are among the dead. gunmen stormed the bacha khan university through a rear entrance, according to witnesses, and reportedly began breaking down doors to shoot at students. witnesses report having also heard several explosions. officials say the attack is now over and that the troops have cleared the campus. four attackers have been killed overnight here at home.. a rough night on the roads. take a look at this car that crashed right into a fence at a home near charleston and hollywood. it happened around midnight. police are calling this hit and run, because the car was left there un- attended. one person was injured but at this point we don't know if they were a passenger, or a bystander. the man who was cited for flipping off a police officer..

schools are closed today due to a massive teacher sick-out dps says they have no other option but to close schools when teachers do not report for work. we're told the sick out is partially in response to governor snyder's remarks about the district in the state of the state address. the sick out comes as president obama is in detroit. because of the president's visit, the head of the teacher's union asked that teachers not hold a sickout in protest remember the guy who was fired from his job at a car wash for smoking marijuana. he says he has a medical card... but was still denied unemployment benefits. well, we spoke to the unemployment office, and they you can only collect unemployment if you are fired for something outside of your control -- like company cutbacks.
