temperatures in the lower 60s. the high will then shift east by tomorrow as the front we have been monitoring out of the southern end of the front by friday allowing southern nevada to increase high tempmpratures to the upper 60s and lower 70s. clouds build in heavier and heavier through friday into the weekend as the front gets closer to the valley. winds will pick up starting mph with gusts 50+mph. this is due to the strength of the front after feeding off the afternoon. behind this front is a large arctic air- mass that will drop the valley's temperatures out of the upper 60s and lower 70s back to the low 50s and upper 40s monday and tuesday. new this morning... the situation in oregon turns deadly... after the armed protestors who took over a wildlife refuge there... clash with the fbi.. here's what we know right now... this started with a traffic stop on two vehicles. four people were arrested including their leader ammon bundy. and we're getting a new look at their mug shots! ammon

neighborhood for cover. that's when ...they say...he pointed a gun at an officer and was shot. his injuries were described as minor...this morning police have not identified the suspect. ahead today.... the 20-year-old man involved in friday's shooting infront of the bellagio is expected in court. police now say he has a history of mental illness. this surveillance video shows the whole thing... police say kahleal black was threatening people with a handgun. investigators tell us at one point he walked up to a married couple...pointed the unloaded gun at their heads and pulled the trigger. the gun was not loaded. he's accused of doing that again to a group of three people and yelling "i'm going to kill everyone." whe police arrived...he wouldn't drop the gun so they opened fire and missed. one officer fired two shots...one grazing a child and another grazing a homeless man. both are o-k. time now is x:xx --- "we as parents are responsible. we have to take a stand for this and we can't allow this to

"we just had the snow on mount charleston and i was off work today and i had her little sweaters and i was going to take her up to the snow!" she action news, animal control responded to this incident. as far as what will happen with the pit bulls and their owner, that part is still under investigation. one valley man's viral video is shedding light one a problem that could be costing you everytime you gas up. you can see gas isn't flowing but the meter keeps running the charge up. the man says it's happened to him.... three times... at "the rebel station".... at bonanza and mojave. the state department of agriculture inspects gas pumps... and... they say... someone has already been out to look at the pump.... in question. inspectors urge drivers.... to file formal complaints.... if they encounter.... the residents in these homes teetering on a cliff are being forced to move. the city of pacifica california has declared a state of emercency...deeming homes and apartments there uninhabitable because of the eroding cliffs. most people there have already lost their backyards. not everyone is heeding their warning....doubting the apartment is actually in danger. some people are staying until the very end...saying they'll only leave when the city shuts off the power and gas. days after the historic blizzard hit the east people are still digging out. many streets in virginia are still buried under three feet of snow. the main roads there are cleared but the county says it will take a while to dig out neighborhoods. many people can't go to work because they're still so snowed in in maryland...the city is making progress clearing snow but they're still a lot of work to do. snow was moved out by the truckload...but there's just so much of it they can't keep up. city schools are still closed today after the historic snowfall

"i think he was genuinely sorry for what he had said to me. i would like for him to let the residents and business owners and first responders down here know that he understands what we went through." the mayor of the town says the water over the weekend was higher than during hurricane
