we're hearing from someone who says they witnessed the crash life... eyewitness we were sitting on my porch and i seen the vehicle that stopped - hit the baby (butted with) "they yanked the baby off the ground and start screaming and hollering out in the van pulled off to the side of the road, and got out of his car. he came up to the family saying he was sorry. she says green's mom didn't want to hear it, and told the driver to leave. he got back in his van and peeled out of the neighborhood. new overnight... a man crashes his car into a fence and then just takes off without it! this happened around midnight near alta and jones. it turned out the car was stolen. police set up a perimeter around the neighborhood trying to find the man, but they were unsuccessful. they are still looking for him this morning. the voting is already underway

the candidates now waiting to see who will come out on top. the first votes were tallied just after midnight in a tiny township. 9 votes total were cast. john kasich won among republicans, getting three votes to donald trump's two. sanders got 4 votes, while hillary got none. but experts say this township has a good record for predicting republican party nominees. "since 1968, they've not necessarily predicted the republican - who's going to win the republican primary in new hampshire, but dixville notch has predicted who the ultimate nominee is." the latest polling stations in new hampshire close at 8 o'clock, that's 5 p-m our time. there could be some new competition for the candidates. former new york city mayor michael bloomberg is confirming he's considering running for president as an independent. the billionaire told the financial times he's not impressed with this year's campaign, and the public deserves better. he's looking at all his options. this is the first time bloomberg has openly discussed entering the race.

morning rush hour there. the crash site is about 40 miles south of munich. helicopters are also being used to take rescue workers to the crash scene. i'll keep following this story and update you throughout good morning las vegas. a california inmate mistakenly released from jail, is in police custody in boulder city this morning. officers got a tip from the f-b-i, steven wright was hiding out in a hotel there. wright was a murder suspect in a gang-related shooting. he was released because of a clerical error. he's being held in boulder city until he can be taken back to los angeles. entertainer flavor flav back in las vegas dealing with his legal troubles. in court yesterday, the rapper pleaded no contest to dui charges from his arrest last may. he did admit to having marijuana in his system when he was clocked doing 87 in a 65 mile-per-hour zone near mccarran. two weeks ago.. he also pleaded no contest to marijuana charges from a separate arrest in august when he was found asleep in the

18th. we have the arrest report for the man accused of shooting a young father in front of his own daughter. the report shows what a crucial witness the little girl is. in the report, the 4 year old told police quote, "tae shot my dad and killed him." the suspect, deonte coleman is the boyfriend, of the little girl's mother, krystal guice. guice claims she heard gunfire but didn't see what happened. the couple is now behind bars in henderson. an update this morning on that deadly crash at rainbow and spring mountain last month. the aftermath is hard to forget. metro says the driver at fault, victor sandoval, has died from his injuries. officers believe sandoval was driving drunk and speeding away from them when he ran a red light, crashing into another car, killing an innocent woman.. a driver is talking to 13 action news after accidentally hitting a teenager in a crosswalk. 4:37:15-4:37:22 "he was listening to music and he had his head down.

that. is my phone okay? and i'm like man your leg, is your leg okay?" chopper 13 was first over the scene as the teen was put into the ambulance yesterday morning at lake mead and rampart. the driver says it was dark out, and there isn't a flashing light or a signal for people to cross, making it hard for him to see the teen. he was rushed to the hospital, but he's going to be okay. this morning.. a memorial is growing for the man who was hit and killed, while waiting for the bus. those who know him say he was a friend to everyone, even strangers. "especially if i was in a bad mood he would put me in a good mood" metro is identifying the victim killed last week at lake mead and rancho, as 68-year-old jason donahue. his fellow riders say they're terrified to wait at the bus stop now. no word yet if police will charge the driver who hit donahue. one of the people arrested with ammon bundy, is now speaking out about what happened... including lavoy finicum's death. shawna cox was one of the

that wildlife refuge in oregon. she was released from jail, and is now under house arrest in kanab, utah. she says she was in the truck with finicum when fbi agents were shooting at them, and they crashed in the snow. that's when finicum got out. "he gets out the door with his hands out. he said, 'shoot me. shoot me.'" (butted with) "he's a hero. he's a martyr. it's too bad that people have to die before people stand up and listen." fbi says finicum was reaching for a handgun, and that's why agents opened fire. but shawna says she is certain he died trying to protect them. state assemblywoman michele fiore is getting ready to head trip are still being worked out, but she hopes to be there thursday. the bundy brothers were arrested by federal agents after taking over a wildlife refuge for weeks.

today at the flamingo, where the duo perform. they will eventually be moved to the venetian to join the other iconic figures. a valley man is waking up a few million dollars richer this morning thanks to the denver broncos. vegas dave picked up his check for just under one million dollars at the tuscany casino yesterday. but that was only part of his winnings! he says he walked away with a total of two point 3 million dollars. he placed his first bets on the broncos in august when the odds of them winning the super bowl were 14 to 1. he says he even kept betting on denver when quarterback peyton manning got hurt mid-season. vegas dave sports bettor "when manning got hurt everybody gave up on them, but i saw it as an opportunity." this wasn't his only winn ing bet between the royals winning the world series, the broncos winning the superbowl.. and holly holm knocking out rhonda rousey... vegas dave says he's won about 5 million in the past 90 days!

but now it's official. let's look at what's now trending... an international group has named adele the most popular recording artist in the world for 2015. the honor recognizes physical music sales, downloads, and streaming. number two on that list: singer-songwriter ed sheeran... pop super star taylor swift took third place. vo and it was a big day for broncos quarterback peyton manning, who got his very own parade at disneyland. manning and his family all got to participate in the big event. after a day at the theme park it was back on the road. manning has to be in denver today for the victory parade with his team this afternoon. this must be like the panda equivalent of teaching your child to ride a bike. take a look at this adorable video from the national zoo... showing bay bay the panda trying to learn how to climb up a tree. mom was on hand to help him out in case he fell.
