prized possessions is stolen! the footbal helmet of 12 year old sincere manuel was in his sister's car when it was taken. the family is pleading for it to be returned before his funeral. sincere manuel's family was home saturday night...when he accidently shot himself in the head. with manuel gone -- loved ones are left with only memories...like the helmet the football player often carried around. the family is asking for the helmet back before manuel's funeral thursday. one man is dead after being shot multiple times. this happened last night at an apartment complex near karen and lamb. police say the victim was in his 20s. polcie found bullets scattered all over the area. only on 13 action news... a valley family is searching for answers this morning after their daughter's mysterous death. the family of 12 year old maxine starmarie zepeda-lopez is consulting a lawyer. they say maxine came home from from school with stomach and neck pain last week. 3-days later.. she was dying in the hospital. her parents say she was originally given nausea pills at spring valley hostpital then she was taken to umc where doctors said something else. 16 3524 to 1635 29 "they gave me no explanation for anything other than oh i think she caught a virus" 13 action news reached out to the nevada health district. they're not investigating the case at this time. now to an action news update on an early morning stabbing.

morning after a stabbing near lake mead and simmons yesterday morning. a witness says the stabbing may have started.... because of a love triangle. he says before police got there police have not confirmed if a woman was involved in the stabbing. right now...cliven bundy is preparing to be in court. the nevada rancher is expected to face a federal judge in oregon today. this is all over an armed standoff with the feds in nevada in 2014. bundy was arrested last week when he got off a plane in oregon to visit two of his sons who are facing charges in the armed standoff at a wildlife refuge. that's in oregon. officials aren't saying why it took so long to bring charges against him....and why this is happening now. henderspen t se noras y ialia.

of dog...a rhodesi ridgeback...say they're appaled at the emaciated condition of the puppy. the puppy is at petland...a vet for petland examined the rhodesian ridgeback and says he's just underweight but not emaciated. their corporate office says the dog is eating well and doesn't have any health issues other than being on the low end of the weight range. you can see petland's full statement on our website.. ktnv.com. 13 action news helps a woman get medical care for her daughter. linda is a teacher with the clark county school district, but she says her insurance has refused to approve a specialist for her daughter. her daughter suffers from a stomach illness and needs a specialist at ucla. 13.14.09 most of my teachers, in all honesty, cannot afford to go see a primary care physician 14 20 so we're sick health care and insurance 37 and you need to take care of your teachers here 39 we reached out to the insurance company...and they gave us a statement saying...
