still on the run this morning. this first happened at 8 p-m last night near revere and carey. north las vegas police found a woman in her 30's with a gunshot wound. she has serious injuries. police are still working on finding any witnesses who may be able to lead them to a suspect. another shooting near maryland parkway and hacienda. police say someone was shot at an apartment complex las night. police are still looking for this suspect too. breaking right now... police surround a neighborhood near vegas and buffalo drive. we just got this video in the newsroom seconds ago... viewers reached out to us asking why police were searching in their backyards along with k-9. our reporter at the scene... says it appears to be a manhunt. but he is still trying to gather more information. as soon as we get an update...we'll bring that you immediately. a clark county firefighter is recovering this morning and at last check is in stable condition. umc after being called to a house fire near rainbow and wigwam. it may have been from heat exhaustion.
garage and first floor of the home were on fire. everyone in the house got out o-k. a scare for an elderly woman in sun city anthem. this morning henderson police are looking for the suspects who tied up the 72-year-old and ransacked her home. this happened early yesterday morning near sun city anthem drive and bicentennial parkway. police say robbers held her at gunpoint and demanded valuables. they got away with cash and jewlery. it's not clear how many suspects were involved. the woman suffered minor injuries and is recovering this morning. relief for the family of an arbor view freshman who was kidnapped.. raped and stabbed to death nearly 5-years ago. they will not have to endure a trial. "he didn't consider my family whenever he killed her so i'm not very sympathetic towards it but i am grateful for it." 23-year old javier righetti pleaded guilty yesterday to abducting...attacking and stabbing 15- year-old alyssa otramba.
