but it's not the first time firefighters have been to this exact same place. firefighters say this entire house was on fire just a few hours ago... ....but this story goes back months. this house was the scene of a gruesome murder. you are taking a look at this flames that broke out overnight... ...but you may remember... back in november - a fire started at this exact house while 4 people were in there - and a baby. two women were bound....duct taped...and badly burned. one man was stabbed...and another died inside the house. no arrests were ever made. as for this latest fire - investigators say the house is vacant. it's still too early to say if this was arson... ...but neighbors tell us they have seen a lot of suspicious activity here. so many police descend on one neighborhood... our viewers reach out to us for answers. 13 action news reporter parker collins is live near buffalo and vegas.

nevada rancher cliven bundy morning. a grand jury indicted him yesterday. the charges are connected to the standoff with authorities at his nevada ranch in 20-14. it's not releated to the recent occupation of an oregon wildlife refuge by his sons who were also indicted yesterday. counts against them include assault on a federal law enforcment officer and interference with interstate commerce. the charges carry a sentence of up 20 years in jail. time now is x:xx --- a violent robbery at a pizza place, but the victims wouldn't go down without a fight. the video looks more like a w-w-e wrestling match, with chairs and punches being thrown. this morning, the owner has a suspicion of who the men in the hoodies might be. wild morning weather for the valley but a clearing comes quickly! tracking the sunshine and warmer weather coming up in your 13 weather first forecast. :03-:08

center. he was the first official to call the attacks terrorism. the house committee says they hope to release a report as soon as possible. a search is underway for two robbers who barged into a pizza shop and assaulted family members who owned the place. this happened in houston, texas last thursday. one robber, holding a gun, is seen yanking a woman by the hair. the second man hits her with a chair. the woman's brother then picks up a chair of his own and starts swinging. the owner's daughter says three young men in hoodies came in pretending to be customers. "my dad got hit in the face with a gun, my aunt was punched right and left by two guys. they pulled her hair right out of her head." the family believes the three men could be the same people who robbed them back in november. they're hoping the video and screengrabs of the suspects help get the crooks off the street. moving to an unfolding medical drama. a teenager is in custody, accused of posing as a doctor.

"who would do something like this? who would take a bunch of animals and bag them up and just toss them out like trash?" animal activists outraged. our crews, getting surveilance video after a bag of dead cats was found in the road. cameras captured the scene tuesday near lake mead and lamb. the bags were dropped that morning. hours later, police arrive and drag the bags to the side and leave. late tuesday afternoon, -13- action news arrived to investigate a tip. an hour later, police were back and put crime tape up to begin looking at evidence. "it contaminates a crime scene and then maybe people who saw soemthing then you know witnesses possible leave." police say the officers called animal control before leaving the scene. right now it's not clear if this is a case of illegal dumping or a felony for killing cats. only on 13 action news. you may remember the dramatic confrontation. the woman in the video is blaming two pitbulls for killing her chihuahua last month. now, she could finally get justice. the pitbull's owner didn't show up to a hearing at animal control yesterday. right now, animal control considers the dogs "dangerous," saying they could be put down. nicole garcia, owner of chihuahua 19:46:52-19:46:57 "since my dog died i've been hoping for justice and i actually got it today." the owner of the pit bulls tells 13 action news she'll do whatever it takes to keep her dogs . metro needs your help finding a man who robbed a bank near durango and russell. police say the robbery happened last week. they say the man you see here, went inside, pointed a gun at the employees and demanded money before running out with cash. if you recognize him, call police right away. a clark county firefighter is recovering after being rushed to u-m- c after a house fire on near rainbow and wigwam. as firefighters arrived last
