the washington mother who watched as a man threw her 4-year-old son off a bridge..into a river, has been cited by police. authorities are citing her with reckless endangerment. video of the incident went viral. it shows the boy screaming as he plunges several feet in to the water. the mom was heard cheering from the water. apparently she told police it was all done in "fun." the 35-year-old man who tossed the boy was also cited.

panic at l-a-x sunday night. officials say it all started when security became suspicious of a man dressed in a "zorro" costume. law enforcement detained and questioned the man. apparently a small crowd saw--- panicked and started running. then t-s-a was called, and they put out an alert about a "security incident" causing even more panic. they also believe the "gunshots" people reportedly heard were emergency exit doors. of the sudden there was a flood of people running to the bathroom saying there was a shooter coming and everyone inside was in a huge panic after all was said and done... the man in the zorro costume was just at the airport picking up a friend. we showed you the surveillance video... of this massive fire at a gas station in connecticuit. now we're hearing the frantic calls for help... after the driver crashed into a fuel pump.
