breaking overnight at 6-am... a hit and run crash leaves one person dead-- and the person behind the wheel is now behind bars. marissa kynaston is live at the crash scene near charleston and torrey pines.. with all the new details from police-- marissa? adlib damage to wall and heres another look at the damage-- the homeowner was able to show us the crash from his backyard-- you can see cinder blocks everywhere. you can see that truck in the corner-- police say it veer then hit the bicyclist. but the truck kept going-- smashing through this cinder block wall-- and into this persons back yard. the bicyclist died from his injuries. police say the driver did run from the scene-- but they caught up with him. they say he did show signs of
